I will never order from here again i ordered my son a refurbished computer and it doesn't work. I've tried calling numerous times and everything goes to voice mail

I ordered a dell refurbished computer from bervie electronics through walmart website on 9/6/21 according to my tracking info it was shipped out 9/7/21 and scheduled for delivery 9/10/21..its now 9/13/ i called fedex they said the have not received shipment called number on bervie website numerous times and no answer..do not order anything from them its a scam

Ordered a computer from here 10/21/21 when I received it the monitor would not even come on .Called them no ans sent to voice-mail let messages never a return call never again will I order from here.

I have a trouble with a computer I just purchased. I contacted Walmart and they contacted the seller. I was sent a return authorization within 8 hours. I may change my rating later, once things are up and running properly.

You say a license technician refurbish the computer .If so how did i get a Dell intel quad i7 Optiplex 790 computer that would not start up windows and the cd player was not even plugged in to the computer how about running them fist before you send them out .I need it bad so i had to buy a hard drive and install windows and plug in the cd player. If i could i would give you a less of a rating..YOU should not be no walmarts site

I ordered a refurbished monitor and the brightness/contrast buttons do not work. Very dark screen

Worse product ever! Has to be a scam. Computer does not even turn on.

I ordered a dell computer from the walmart page .That was refurbished when i turned it on it make's a clicking noise in the system non stop.. I have called the number on the shipping box from turker Ga. .. THe number is 404-353-6277. which goes to voice mail called 5 or 6 times still no reply ... would like a person to contact me at 985 346 7300 .. to get this matter fixed ..

Bought desktop computer and monitor. Monitor does not work!!!

We ordered a HP computer that looks like a dinosaur.) You can tell because the top was taken off and never screwed back on. Plus, the description said we would get a new 24" monitor. It was used and had lots of scratches and it's not even a HP it's a Dell. Granted it works for now. But it would have been nice to get what we ordered not whatever they felt like sending. mismatched equipment.

Bought HP Compaq Elite 8300 on 4/4/2023. Used computer a few times. On 5/28/2023 computer quit operating and will not boot. Attempted contacting vendor [bought through Wal Mart] and hit dead ends all the time. CXannot process through Wal Mart nor access vendors website.

My story beats all of yours. - I wish to god I had seen these reviews before purchasing! The refurbished Dell either had a worm, massive malware, or a defective version of win10. In short order almost ALL OF MY DATA - terrabytes worth of hard work data, gone within one day. Am asking walmart for a refund.
