Berry Medics NY Inc.

I DO NOT recommend Berry Medics- Beware of their ordering process. I purchased something from them and was charged $14.50 for shipping which is absolutely ridiculous since the overpriced item (disinfectant wipes) I bought was $14.00. So now the 45 ct pack of wipes is costing me $30.00. I was never given an option to send the order, it just automatically sent after giving my payment information. Every other place I shop gives you the option to send after you have a chance to look over your order. I had planned to see if shipping was a lot (until that time they didn't provide shipping cost) and if so, not order. However, I wasn't given an opportunity. Right after I saw the shipping cost I immediately tried to cancel the order. Unfortunately, it was too late to call so I sent an email through their contact information. The next morning I sent another email asking them to cancel my order. I tried to call but couldn't get through and when I called back it was too late because they're in a different time zone. I called this morning and was told it shipped on the 10th, only I received an email today- the 11th, saying that they'll ship the order as soon as possible, and right after that an email saying it shipped. ?? She also tells me it won't arrive until the 18th. I go out of town on the 17th and needed them for the 18th. When I ordered it was supposed to arrived in 3-5 days, so the latest should have been the 16th. The customer service rep was pleasant enough, (hence the 2 stars) but the best she could do was downgrade the shipping to $9.68, although I don't know how since it's already on its way. So, I save a whole $4.82. Now the small pack of disinfectant wipes that will get here too late is costing me $23.85 which blows my mind since I purchased 160 wipes on Amazon for $15.20 with free shipping. Oh well, it's not the first time I got jipped, hopefully it'll be the last but probably not. To Berry Medics, you should change your ordering system, I kinda feel like I've been swindled.
