Ordered a shofar horn on 09/04/2020, my expected delivery date was that of 09/10-09/16/2020. My ordered was not received. I called, the only respond to questions/resolve issues via email, so I email them on 09/17/2020, they responded 09/20/2020 with a tracking number and delivery date of 09/22/2020. They falsely advertised delivery dates and I am waiting to see if my order arrives tomorrow and if the product look like the picture posted on Walmart.com. My gripe about this company is their lack of business ethics in notifying their customers with order delays.

Worst company ever. Still waiting for my package. Paid extra for shipping. Which was due to arrive a week ago. Wish I could give less than one star

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Do not buy from this vendor. They create shipping labels for your product, but never ship it. They have no one to answer customer service calls and do not answer any emails.

Ordered a 5lb dumbbell on April 5th. Notified by Walmart that my order had been shipping via FedEx on April 6th. FedEx tracking states that they have not yet received the product to ship it - only that the label had been created. It is now June 5th and alas, no dumbbell in sight. I cannot get a hold of the company and have messaged them twice. FRAUD + SPAM! Terrible customer service.

Wow, unbelievably unprofessional. You wrote the refund was because "customer requested it" and that was an outright lie. Waited for my item for weeks. Why is Walmart doing business with you?

Worst shopping experience I have ever had. I placed an order on April 5, it was shipped April 16 and today is May 29th and my order hasn't arrived. I sent 4 emails and left 2-3 phone messages and they will not reply. Finally Walmart.com got my refund. I don't understand why they couldn't at least respond to my emails.

Ordered a single 5lb. dumb bell weight through Walmart online shopping. Order number is: 3682027-907004. The FedEx Tracking Number is: 391817877665. This item was one of two items on order coming from two different shippers. I received the other item, but I have not received the 5lb. dumb bell yet from Ben & Jonah in Edison, NJ. My credit card has already been charged, and it is too late to cancel the item that I have paid for but not received yet. My order was placed on 4/12/20. Tracking information originally indicated a delivery date of 4/16/20 for this item. It never came! Then, the tracking information said that a mailing label had been created with FedEx but the shipper has not sent the item to them yet. At present, no one is answering the phone at Ben & Jonah Corp. After a forty-five minute wait on the phone for FedEx Customer Service to talk to a live person, they told me that they could not contact the company on behalf to inquire about the delay or give out contact information on them for confidentiality reasons beyond the name of the company and city and state in which it is located. They said the mailing label at FedEx was good for sixty days. Money has already exchanged hands. I have not received the item ordered. If I am not going to receive the item ordered I expect that item to be placed back upon my credit card. Otherwise, we are looking at theft aren’t we. Ben & Jonah Corp is either in business or it is not. If you are going out of business permenantly, make good to your customers. If the delay is temporary you need to communicate with your customers who have standing orders to be delivered. If you fail at doing either, your company image will likely be tarnished which will ultimately impact you bottom line as a business.

Worst business I have ever experienced. Ordered dumbells a month ago and it said it was “shipped” according to Walmart but on FedEx it states it was never shipped. I was charged since Walmart thinks it was already shipped. I’ve been trying to contact them for weeks. These people are scammers. If it’s out of stock at least let me know instead of taking my money? Unbelievable.

Purchased dumbbells at the beginning of April, and haven't been able to track my package since. I've reached out to them for an update, but haven't heard anything. Stay away at all cost.

Horrible Experience. Never received an order I placed weeks ago. I understand the delay for Covid-19 so would be fine if I could get any information back. The item showed as on a truck and ready to deliver a week ago and now it has vanished and shows that is preparing to be shipped. Sent multiple emails and left multiple messages. Don't use this company. They are either incompetent or crooks or both.

Ordered a sheet set from walmart.com. USPS sent an email a shipping label had been generated on 2/24 waiting for item. Recieved the same email again on 2/5. Emailed ben and jonah , no response. Will not purchase anything from them again. Contacting walmart.com . Hopefully they can clear this up.

Purchased Royal bath 5 piece Bath Accessory Set (Burgundy/Gold) on Nov 8,2019 Walmart Order # 58311929-557786 Tracked the order a few times First it said on its way The last was on 11/21 and it said delayed I waited for the holiday season to end and thought it might be lost. My order states you are the shipper. I would appreciate your looking into this and advising me. Thank you
