Wish I saw these reviews before I ordered because I am having the same exact issues. Ordered an OPI gel polish and it came in an envelope which resulted in a shattered bottle. I’m furious. I’ve been calling Walmart like crazy, sending in emails, and waiting and waiting for nothing. Walmart requested this company to send me an email weeks ago. Terrible service.

I purchased a DenTek Ultimate Dental Guard from this company through Walmart on November 26, 2019. I was so disgusted. This company sent me a used mouth guard. The box was not even sealed and didn’t have the instruction sheet. I returned it to Walmart. Don’t order from this company!!!

Purchased two bottles of OPI nail color. One was the wrong color, so I returned it several weeks ago. I still have not gotten my refund and they have not answered any of my emails..

Horrible!!!! The nail polish was not the color depicted. I have reached out twice to get return instructions and have been IGNORED!!! Do not use this company either directly or via Walmart.

I ordered a Sally Hansen nail pen. This is not what’s in my pen. It’s an odd liquid definitely not the real deal. The cap of pen just slid off as if it were opened. I just can’t explain

Wish I had seen these reviews before. Ordered three bottles of OPI Up Front and Personal nail polish. They came together in a lightly bubble-padded envelope, with the end folded over and badly taped... obviously a pre-used envelope. At least one bottle shattered so I could not even get to the other two to see if they were OK, as they were all glued together inside the package. What little I could see, there appeared to be something blue in the package... I did not order anything blue, so no idea what that came from. This vendor did not respond to my request for replacement, nor did they respond to Walmart's request. Walmart has issued a refund for the full amount... not received yet, but it has only been one day. Assuming the refund goes through, Walmart will keep my business. This vendor?... NEVER, EVER AGAIN! I strongly suggest Walmart discontinue doing business with this vendor. I don't even want to rate this vendor, as they don't even deserve one star, but I can't submit my comments without at least giving one. Perhaps there should be an option for less than one.

I ordered 2 nail polishes from them & they shipped them in an envelope, as well. The bottles were both broken and they spilled out onto everything. The company has received a total of 3 separate messages and they have not responded to any of them. This is worse than unprofessional.
