Iordered a conditioner through walmart marketplace from this company. It arrived in a flimsy box and all smashed. I contact the company for a refund or replacement twice. I have received NO response and its been almost a month. Very unsatisfied. Wont do business with this company again. Walmart should drop them as well

Just like the other review on here, I ordered a shampoo/conditioner duo and they sent me 2 conditioners. I've emailed 4 times and called twice and it's been 3 weeks. NO RESPONSE. I can't believe Walmart keeps them as a seller - horrible customer service (none at all actually). At this point, I want to return everything and Walmart won't take it back. Very disappointing.

customer beware! This company does not answer emails for return items. Does not answer phone calls or call back when message is left. I bought Beauty products plus items from Walmart.com and have no recourse of getting my money back. Very shady business - Do not buy from them!!!!
