Purchased a liquid product that came without a seal and the bottle was not full. The lid was covered with a sticky bubble wrap. The seller suggested that was a seal and replied that the item was full although I provided photos of the liquid well below the top of the bottle. I purchased the items through Walmart.com. Hopefully Walmart will help remedy since the seller does not seem interested in doing so.
