I purchased an item and never received it. Beaus Retail did not respond and did nothing to resolve the issue.

Don't never ever trust these people cause they are straight up scam artists. I also never received my order and when I tried to call thier ph # it was disconnected . Calling my states AG now and filing complaint against them and if you have been ripped off by them don't sit back and take it sue these BITCHES !!!!

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from them through Walmart but never got it. Beaus is a Walmart seller. Beaus will not respond to my emails/messages. Fortunately Walmart picked up the loss and refunded my money, which was over $90. I ordered again through Walmart with a different seller with no problem. I see from reviews I am not the only one that had this problem. Order from a different seller than this one. There are many good Walmart sellers, so avoid this one.

I ordered a toaster from them through Walmart and never received it. They provided a tracking number through USPS and it even stated it was delivered. Upon contacting them they replied: Hello , Good day! Thank you very much for your purchase. While this may be very frustrating to hear, we are informing you that we were not able to ship your order. Before shipping out any orders, we always perform a last round of Quality Check and it turned out that the item is not in perfect shape as it is not in the condition described. It is completely against our policy to sell damaged goods to anyone. Since this is the last item in our inventory, we cannot find any replacements until we get new stocks from our supplier. Currently, this item is on BACKORDER. As a result, a FULL REFUND has been issued to your account. As a side note, the system will auto-assign a tracking number to your order. As we haven't shipped out anything, please DISREGARD THE TRACKING INFORMATION you will receive. We deeply apologize for not being able to serve you this time and for whatever inconvenience this might have caused you. We appreciate your understanding and we look forward to providing you service in the future. Sincerely, General Manager I am confused as to how they could claim it was delivered when it in fact was never sent. Avoid this seller!
