I ordered a green house Through Walmart in June so I’ll set it up in September and have it ready for winter, it was missing parts Half of the roof was missing and Was passed this company’s return policy but it’s still within time under Walmart‘s patio policy, have not return emails or help me resolve the issue very poor customer service they don’t back up the products.

I ordered a carport canopy from this company. Turned out to be a big mistake. They said the actual canopy and poles come in separate boxes. This company after nearly three weeks has still not been able to successfully complete the simple task of sending poles. I finally had to go through Walmart to get a refund and return the carport canopy since this company would not send the poles

I ordered a knee scooter on the 13th of August and it wasn’t supposed to be delivered until 8-24 at the latest and at the earliest on the 18th. But I received an email on the 14th that said that the scooter was delivered on the 14th. The only problem is that FedEx never drove up our driveway as my wife and I have been home 24-7 since my surgery on the 31 of July and no Fedex driver ever showed up at our house. Our house is not close to any other homes either so we are sure that no one else picked up any package that we could have possible missed. I contacted Wallmart customer service and they took my information and told me that some one would be contacting me after two days from Barley Grains LLC. They. Never contacted me after 4 days even though there policy is to contact the buyer after 48 hours at the latest. This is the second time this very same scenario has occurred. So needless to say B.G. LLC is a very bad company of which I will never purchase any thing from in the future.

Ordered a full/ queen Tatago platform mattress frame. It's the size of a California King mattress!!!!. Paid almost $200.00 for this ,way too big for my bedroom and can't get ahold of company to make good on this. Shame on you, Barley Grains LLC, and shame on you Walmart for continuing to do business with a company that has horrible reviews!!!

Ordered a trampoline from this company. The company apparently tried to intercept the package saying that I was refusing the package and wanted it returned to them. I had been tracking the package so anticipated the delivery date. On day of delivery, the FedEx driver got a strange message when he got to the house that it needed to be returned to seller. ...BUT I never contacted the company requesting that it be returned!! Luckily we were home and my husband drove the car to catch up with the FedEx driver and got the package delivered. I am very disappointed in the dishonesty of the company. Shame on you for trying to cheat your customer!

Purchased a bed frame and it is absolute garbage. All the rivers fell out the damn center leg went thru my sons floor!!! Over $800 damage to my house!!!! no way of contacting them. One calls!!

Ok, you guys get a big fat ZERO as far as customer service. I have been trying to get a new frame for the CRAP frame you sent me. Fell apart the first day. Between you and Walmart.com. Your service is CRAP. I have never been given such runaround as this. I will never purchase from you ever again.

So far not really impressed with frame of the tent. Very cheaply made. Broke the first time I used it last weekend. Tried calling and emailing company for a new frame, never returned my call. So far as quality: F and customer service: F Don't buy from this company.

Could not have asked for better customer service ... I ordered my kids a trampoline at 3am (couldn’t sleep so why not right lol) anyway I didn’t realize the one I chose had an option of a 12’ or 15 ‘ I wanted the 15’. I ordered the 12’ though. I emailed them the next morning once I realized what I had done. Not only did they fix my mistake but they sent me the 15’ at no additional charge. I offered to pay the difference but they wouldn’t allow it. They just wanted to make it right and make me happy. And that I am .. my kids r going to love it !!! Thank you barley grains llc

I ordered 2 electrical scooters for our kids from them. One is not working. I have trying to contact them since after Christmas. As of now, they won’t give me info to exchange it. They are slow to respond and simply tell me to check the light or reset it. It’s NOT working. I just want to exchange it!

I purchased a Seat Folding Electric Scooter with Removable Seat for Kids ages 6-12 on the Walmart.com website for my daughter for a Christmas gift. I purchased the scooter at the end of November to make sure the scooter arrived on time due to all the madness with 2020 delivery carriers. We assembled the scooter as instructed and when she rode the scooter for the first time on Christmas morning there was a noise coming from the rear wheel and when we closely looked there was something scrubbing and wearing down the back wheel. So I decided to return to Walmart for a refund to find out that the return date had expired and they would not take the scooter back. I contacted the seller Barley Grains LLC to return the scooter and get a new one by this process is taking too long. I am in contact with customer service but we have been going back and forth for over a week on a resolution. My daughter has not been able to enjoy the one thing she wanted the most for Christmas and I’m am totally disappointed with Walmart & Barley for such poor quality products and service. If only I would have read all these poor reviews from dissatisfied customers I would have not purchased anything from this seller.

I bought your Tatago Ottoman with steel Mesh wire , said to hold 500lb. The mesh sinks under the main cushion where your back and torso would go’s while sleeping . This does not hold a person over more than 250 lb. it should have a cross brace to support the main seat , so it does not sink in . It would have been nice if the screws didn’t have to be re-tightened regularly . A young child standing on this would cause the wire mesh to bend , A Cross brace would go a long way , or a stronger gauge of wire mesh in the middle . I feel let down . But good try

this company is a complete SCAM. Avoid purchasing from them at all costs. I purchased a 15FT trampoline and instead they sent an 8FT trampoline. They offered to replace for the $ difference once I got the refund from Walmart. I did go through the hassle of packing everything up and driving the 2 huge boxes to Fedex on their printed label. Once they items were on their way, they wrote to me saying that because Walmart deducted the money from them, they would not honor the agreement we had. This is illegal and unethical but they don't care.

A BIG FAT 0 STARS for this company. I purchase the Quictent tent for my truck and the pole holder was put on upside down. I purchased in April not camping until now open it to find this. Called Walmart got the run around from them contacted these people and they sent me nice email on NO REFUND, CAN YOU SEND PICTURES for us for quality control to fix the problem with assembly, can you just resew it we MIGHT give you $20 gift card for that!!!169.98 dollars i saved for this product and now they want me to do all the fixing and just eat that $$. I am a over 50 woman with limited use of 1 hand and they want me to work for them and i pay them to do their work!!! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND ITS PRODUCTS PLEASE I BED YOU DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Was very dissappointed when my tent was to arrive on Thursday {per advertised} and delivery changed to Saturday sometime between the order date and Friday morning. But looking over the reviews; noticing they produce poor products and don't reimburse. I've realized that their lack of good business practice has allowed me to cancel my order before it finally decides to arrive. I might be frantically looking for the product somewhere else now but at least I'll know that it's going to work as expected or I'll receive my money back.

Purchased a Tatago Queen Platform with headboard access. It arrived in a timely fashion and I was pleased. Things went downhill from there. The included (inside the box) hardware kit had one wrongly numbered bolt set. I called Tatago, but could not get through, so I found an email listing and emailed them. One worker, apparently an overnight person, emailed an apology overnight and said he'd look into the problem. The next night, he said he would have them send the correct kit. Several days later, that kit arrived, but it had the same wrongly numbered bolt set included! I went through the same email contact and, while waiting, received a phone call of attempted help from a different person, but nothing. I emailed two more times and FINALLY got a helpful response... the kit was wrongly numbered by the company and would work as originally sent. Completely frustrated, we went another route. Meanwhile, Walmart, when I contacted them in the middle of all this, kindly refunded my money! All this wasted time while our new mattress (from another company) sat rolled up in a box for twelve days (not the best thing to do)!

I believe this 16" attack heavy duty bed frame is good but came with no instructions. I was going to purchase a twin and full size as well but I'm hesitant now because this should never happen. Will look for other options.

We are still waiting for a refund almost 2 months after a request to return even within the BBB complaint process. They do not stand behind their products, despite the advertised return policy of Barley Grains and Walmart. Walmart.com (HQ in San Bruno, CA) is not Walmart (HQ'd in Arkansas).. you'll learn that if you try to return a product. Caveat emptor

Purchased a big Red Gazebo from a Wal-mart Partner- called "Barely Grains LLC", in Dallas. The box was received to my residence all torn up. Then too, it had been storming in Kansas City for a good majority of the early Spring. I noticed when the box was looked at, the material of the Gazebo- referring to the frame of it was so thin, it was just like a bit thinker than Aluminum Foil! There was no way that would have withstood the slightest bit of wind! So, I sent it back. Wal-mart sent me the order number and the Tracking number- with all necessary numbers trying to process the pacakge, and while this was going on, a Wal-mart Employee by the name of "Kelly"- sent me an email asking "me" for the numbers. Hell, Wal-mart is the Supplier of all of those numbers for FedX pickup labels, and she was asking me for the numbers. She did not know how to read the records? She wqs trying to turn everything back on me, and she said, "Ms. Davis, could you give me item number"?? Hell, she should have been looking directly at their order numbers and the tracking label she sent me. All she had to do was look at my record. Wal-mart doesn't waste too much time getting Debit Card numbers now do they? Federal express returned this item to the shipper- and THESE NUMBERS CAME OFF OF THE SHIPPING LABEL THAT WAL-MART SENT TO ME, BUT INSTEAD OF THAT- KELLY DID I HAVE PROOF OF ANY OF THESE NUMBERS? LIKE I AM A LIAR OR SOMETHING??????????? I DON'T KNOW WHO KELLY IS AT THE "WAL=MART TRACKING DEPARTMENT".. As of last hour, Wal-mart Customer Care team promised they were processing my refund back to my debit card. That was from their payment processing department. I recently purchased on a Walmart sight online... a Oversize Outdoor Chaise Lounge Sunbathing Chair. I thought it was a walmart product... come to find out it is sold thru a 3rd party named Barley Grains LLC. I need to return this item and get my money returned. I had a hip replacement after Cancer and I was in need of a heavy duty chaise lounge. This chair had elastic holding the pad on... causing it to sink extremely low when any size person sits on it. bought a zupapa trampoline. Tracking said it would be delivered by Tues. June 13. Update said FEDEX delivery Thurs. June 8. One of THREE boxes came. No other tracking numbers, nothing. Reading reviews does not give me a warm, fuzzy feeling. Oh, but the first FEDEX driver took out my daughters mailbox and sped off...When her husband caught him, and he came back...he told them his boss had the item in question...Still, only one box. I will change the rating if I hear from the vendor, and problem is resolved.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Ordered a Christmas tree from them. What was advertised and what I got were 2 different things. Then they play games with you on the return process, offering a 10% discount or a 20% discount to someone who may want it. Will be disputing the credit card charges. SCAMMERS!!! SCAMMERS!!!
