I ordered an indoor playset on 12/12. It said that my order shipped that day. There have not been any updates to my order and per the comment/ review above, I think I’ll get the same response from FedEx. This company is a hoax and took my money and I will get it back. Thanks for messing up a big gift for my daughter. I’d rate a 0 if I could.

I ordered the indoor playground which had an arrival date of 12/23. I rec'd an email that the product was on its way. Im still waiting and its Christmas. I called FedEx and the rep said they never received the product for shipment. I believe this company is a hoax. Do not order from them. I have reported the to Wal-Mart since that's where I found the playground.

Very disappointed. We ordered a massage office chair for a late Christmas present for our step father, when he received it the chair had several small slices in the chair bottom and back rest. He got to open it and put it back. Due to the pandemic we were unable to pick it up and return it in the 30 day window they provide. Conclusion stuck with a chair in the original packaging, never put together, damaged, no good as is. Waist of money start to finish.
