From the reviews I've read they are all TRUE. no lies I've had the same email that has to do with covid that IS THERE EXCUSE WHY MY ORDER IS DELAYED. I've BEEN WAITING SINCE JUNE. TALKKNG About California where it's the worst bullshit lol where I live was the worst and I ordered other things coming from California I got them quick but it is now September you guys DONT ORDER NOTHING FROM THEM!!! I ORDERED A LAPTOP CASE. STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT. AND NOW THEY HAVENT EVEN EMAILED BACK AFTER I EMAILED THEM TWICE!

All of these reviews are true. I purchased a laptop case. All of their ads on Wal-mart.com said it was free shipping with a total purchase (through Wal-mart) over $35. Upon placing my well over $35.00 purchase I realized that I was charged a $10 shipping fee. I notified Wal-mart right away and the customer service rep assured me that I would be refunded the $10. This was last week. Didn't get my order. Didn't get my refund. I have been fighting with this company since then. I have sent proof of the error. I have sent every order # and every other documentation I have. I told them to verify with Wal-mart to prove I was correct and they are still arguing with me. They won't give me my$10 (I should not have been charged for shipping) back. They won't cancel my order. It has been email after email of them arguing with me and not even trying to reach out to Wal-mart to have this resolved. I have reached out to Wal-mart. THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES EVER! I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SOMEONE WHO FALSLY ADVERTISES THEN ARGUES WITH YOU TO CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE. AND LIKE ABOVE THEY DO DELETE STUFF TRYING TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE THEY DID NOTHING WRONG! All I wanted was one laptop case - what a nightmare! Save yourself the headache and do not order from them!!!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed an order with this company thru Walmart. I've never had a good experience with Walmart's 3 party sellers and this is just another example. Of course they set up a USPS ticket when they first get the order so it can't be cancelled thru Walmart.com. If that's not dishonest I don't know what is. Thank you to Walmart for your poor choice in sellers.

Wake up Wal-mart. Aziatec Inc is diversion of a company that not only did not provide the product ordered; it used my credit card to make fraudulent charges. Yes, Aziatec Inc is a POS company that Wal-Mart provides cover for. Rating is worse than zero!

Ordered several items on Walmart.com on June 22. One item coming from this company said shipping label created, Delivery expected July 1. Then it changed to status to Delayed. First of all, thank you for your purchase from us. Because of the COVID-19, there are not enough staff in the USPS/UPS,so your package has been delayed. Tried to contact them to find out where it is and when it will come. Here is their reply: "First of all, thank you for your purchase from us. Because of the COVID-19, there are not enough staff in the USPS/UPS,so your package has been delayed. We will try our best to inform them as soon as possible. Hope you can wait patiently.Your kindly understanding and cooperation is much appreciated. Any other concern just feel free to contact us at any time! Have a wonderful day and stay safe!" I only ordered a replacement Fitbit band. It could practically fit in a letter envelope and be here. They are using the COVID as an excuse. Walmart should not associate themselves with this company.

My item was supposed to be delivered 5/27/20. When I check on it and copy and paste the order number, it keeps saying it is an incorrect order number. Now that I have read so many bad reviews, I guess I'm the next one in line to have had my money stolen by these thieves. What's wrong with you Walmart?

Hey Walmart! Why do you allow sellers whose actual website shows “permanently closed” to remain active & allow your customers to continue to place orders from them???? Don’t you think it pisses your customers off???? Are you really that lazy & incompetent to do a background check before you put these vendors out there to scam your customers???? The grill cover I ordered thru the Wal Mart web site was supposed to be delivered 12-02-2019. as of 12-17-2019 it has not been delivered. I think this is a scam company. Buyer beware!!!!!

Complete imcompetence that surpasses even the most extreme imaginable. I ordered in mid August 2019 and was expecting delivery on September 10th. Currently my order is 30 days past the expected delivery date. Customer service is worthless and Amazon is my new go to for ALL on line orders. My new part time job is warming others about Aziatec and their horrid service. They receive 0 stars.

I haven't received my package. contacted them several times. They refuse to open a claim with UPS. It was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago. They have done nothing to get a replacement or anything. Extremely frustrating.

Terrible. placed an order, package never arrived and they couldn't locate it. Rec'd refund from Walmart and reordered the same thing. Still never arrived and they still can't locate it . Been 1 month since my initial order.

Terrible! Terrible Experience.... I ordered 2 Booney hats for vacation trip according to color shown in posting--a khaki/beige. That's what I wanted. I got two awful-colored green hats instead. I followed Walmart instructions to request exchange/refund from Aziatec who replied within 24 hrs. I opened the Aziatec email that asked me to take a picture of the said items to aid the resolution. I was not at home when I opened email so I had to return home later same day to take photo. I discovered the Aziatec email had disappeared along with my Walmart shipping email confirmation! I most certainly did not delete them! Next, I went to Walmart.com to look for the Aziatec hat to get contact email. The hat no longer was included in the Walmart inventory of boney hats! Other brands were shown. Does this sound like a company who wants to resolve my problem? This incident shows you how Walmart tracks and stalks its customers to their advantage! All I wanted was 2 beige/khaki colored hats. What if I ordered something that cost 100s of dollars? Beware! I

This company uses deceptive marketing that falsely advertises their products. They do not want to provide refunds and employ delay tactics in the hope to frustrate customers enough that they'll just give up. Buy at you own risk of getting incompatible products with no refunds... I selected 1 start but if I have a choice it would be ZERO STARS!!!!!!
