Terrible company! Does not order phone. Pretends to ship items THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE, then cancels the label. Contacting them regarding a return is an uphill fight to reach anyone. AVOID these shady people.

Total scam seller. Bought $105 worth of product, they shipped me a business card saying it will come in 1-2 days, which it did not. Scam.

Avenue A stores is the worst online seller out there. They out up things for the wrong price and then refuse to ship it even though it was their mistake. Then they blame the shipping company. Don't buy anything from these sly and sneaky weasels.

Unethical company. Avenue A LLC gets a ZERO rating from me. They don't follow through after they confirm your order and put a hold on your money. They even update deliver dates. Then they realize they made a mistake with their advertising and we're not getting as much money as they wanted. Suddenly the item is out of stock six days after delivery confirmation. They sold item to me and covered their mistake by cancelling my order. Not good way to do business. Stay away from shoddy company. Walmart will eliminate them soon. Too many complaints!!!

Ordered a 3.4 Perfume bottle from Walmart.com via Avenue A and received a 0.27 oz bottle. Yes, you read it correct 0.27 oz. This is False advertisement.

Ordered a table from Walmart. Unfortunately for me this company was the seller. Horrible service. They printed out a label to Fed Ex but never shipped. They care less about the customers and your aggravation is a delight for them. Emails go unanswered and they never return calls.

Ordered a kayak rack thru Walmart.com which came from this vendor. The parts in the box were making noise as I brought it inside. They had dumped all the parts loose in a box. Some bolts were in a ziplock bag that had holes in it and parts had fallen out. Missing straps which are necessary for the rack to work and no instructions. What a joke!

I ordered two lawn chairs , Avenue A printed up a shipping label, but chairs were never received by Fedex . Here it is going on two weeks and times have not shipped , I’ve contacted Walmart and they will be canceling my order and giving me refund. Hope they remove this seller from their market place . They are scammers and need to be jailed.

I ordered an item on Walmart.com from this seller. Shipping was very delayed, and I later found out the item was way overpriced. I finally received the item in very damaged and flimsy packaging. Forget about purchasing from this seller.

Ordered off this seller through Walmart ....order was canceled due to high demand after reading these reviews I would have never ordered from this seller...,, Walmart needs to check who they have on there marketplace....the up side the bank only held my money for few days

Horrible Customer Service with both Walmart and Avenue A. Placed order May 15th. When I didn’t get by expected date of July 26th after it was already shipped, I get a reply from my inquiry: Your order may have been lost or stolen- and they do not have a replacement. Had I not called, I probably would not have been notified. Sad, very disappointed- annoyed.

Unreliable! They create the shipping label right away so it appears they’re on it, but then they don’t get the box out the door! I’m at almost a week and FedEx still shows they haven’t received the package yet. Unacceptable.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!! They're Nuts!! I placed an order with Walmart.com for 2 bottles of Estee Lauder product on 5/3/20. They took the money by 5/5/20. By 5/28/20 no emails - no calls-- where's my order?? Walmart.com put me in contact with them and it was not only stressful but CRAZY! I was told that I couldn't get my money back until they file a Claim with the Shipping/Truck Co.----WHAT??? Walmart.com customer service team didn't know how to handle this and I kept getting transferred to team members higher on the ladder. I still have not received the products I ordered. I resolved it by contacting my banker and they gave me my money back and are handling the dispute.. BTW: I ordered the Estee Lauder product elsewhere and received it 1 day later. I was told that Estee Lauder is abundant and the stock is plentiful. You are not worth 1 star--GET OUT OF BUSINESS- you don't know what you're doing!!!

How to Swindle - write an ad that is not accurate, then argue its the Buyer's fault. How many swindles happen whereby the Buyer doesn't request a refund - whatever that percentage is is what the Swindler takes home $$$. Just refund to the complainers - there won't be as many as those who do not compalin. Walmart will do nothing about it. There is nowhere else on the web that allows any Seller to use their site when the seller has a satisfaction rating below 92% . That means the Swindlers kicked off Ebay and Amazon are camping onto the new kid on the block, Walmart. Your the guinea pig!

Doesnt deserve even a one star according to myself. I ordered a griddle through walmart which came from avenue a on may 4th. Was supposed to arrive may 15th. May 15th it still never left their warehouse. Called walmart to cancel the order on the 17th as the FedEx ticket was made may 6th but they never had FedEx come pick it up. On the 7th, Avenue A asked me what was wrong. Explained the whole thing to them and told them I had chosen to cancel the order as the item had not even left their warehouse as of the 18th. No contact info on the email so I couldn't just call to speak with someone. Next email I got at the close of business that day was "we found your order it will be there on the 20th"....no I told you all I cancelled it I don't want it. Nobody responded to that email. i ordered another that came straight from walmart next day shipping. It shouldn't have left the warehouse in the first place. Walmart told you not to ship it as i didn't want it. So why would you then call to put it on the truck after you got the notice of cancellation. Then the date got changed to deliver to me 3 different times and I sat outside so I could refuse the order if I had to.....131 lb griddle I was not making the poor guy get it off the truck just to put it back on if need be. I called FedEx to turn it around on the 18th before it even left south Carolina where they are located. Avenue a waited til it got to the last stop before it got on a truck headed towards my house when they finally turned the package around. I was supposed to receive my refund Friday the 22nd but since it has yet to reach them I won't see my refund until the 29th now as that is when they are supposed to receive the package....date to get returned to them keeps getting postponed which holds my money up. I feel like they are doing it on purpose so that it doesn't return to them until its too late for me to get a refund. Never again will I order anything from this company even indirectly as I did through Walmart. Been in contact with walmart letting them know where the package is and how long it is taking them to get it back to the warehouse. I should have let it get delivered and drove it back to south Carolina myself....i could have had it there in 2 days.....not taken 3 weeks to get it up to ohio and another week and half two weeks to get it back down to south carolina...last check this evening was in north carolina and it supposedly gonna take a week to get to soufh carolina....my husband drives truck and I love road trips....try again. Was to Missouri and back in less than 3 days from Ohio. My family and. I are never gonna buy anything that comes from this company again.

I ordered man wh*re spray paid over $70 for the bottle been using it for 15yrs now ot comes after having a tracking number made days later bit never made it to post office for 1 week then it comes today to open it to find cheap knock off wrapping on the outside, hopeing the company just sealed it cheaply I open the box to find the print on bottle is way wrong location bottle leaked and messed up the paint on a spray nozzle that normally isnt painted and the cap... of course no way to get a hold of them and they sold through a website who has no customer service phone help due to covid 19... calling CC to dispute the charge and they can eat a fat one!!! Needs a Doo doo ranking cause 1 star is way to high... rip off

This company is a joke. I didn’t receive an item because FedEx messed up but said my item was delivered. Date and time that it was supposedly delivered was same time I was working in my home office right by my front door where everything I order is placed plus my fiancé would have been walking in the door around the same time after work. FedEx declined my missing claim and this company did nothing to refund or replace the item. Just told me to contact my neighbors which I already had done and file claims which were already denied. Where is my balance ball chair I desperately needed for my office? Who knows, but it certainly isn’t at my house!! I will never buy from this company again. Just people trying to make a quick buck, not caring about customer service. That goes for FedEx as well! I would give no stars if able!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased a Zwilling wine aerator from Avenue A on WalMart.com for a christmas gift on Dec. 7th It never arrrived till days after christmas. They printed a shipping label that showed shipped. WHAT A SCAM. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. How can WalMart.com continue to sell products from this company and how do I contact WalMart.com about this terrible operation.

This company creates a shipping label, confirms that is shipped, takes your money then you wait and wait and the item hasn't shipped. Walmart needs to drop this business from their marketplace. I order from Walmart online all the time and this has never happened to me.

Same complaints as everyone else. This company is a total scam. I'll be getting a refund from walmart I assume.

The reason you hear people say they ship you a business card to tell you that your order will arrive shortly, is so they have a tracking confirmation. You never get your product, and they are able to tell Walmart that you did get it because they have delivery confirmation. Of their business card. They are theives, should be ashamed of themselves, and hope that Chris and Heather Marcelli, the owners arent raising children, because if they are, they are simply telling their children it is okay to steal from other hard working citizens.

Received Kraus kitchen faucet fairly quickly. Was Obvious the box had been opened and resealed with copious amounts of Avenue A branded tape. Inside, the faucet had obviously been previously installed, was dirty, and had several parts missing. Walmart took it back at the store, but said the seller had to receive it before a refund would be issued. Seems to me that since walmart charged my card, they should immediately refund. We'll see.......

Ordered YSL Paris. Did not open for several months since already had another bottle i had been using but when I did, it smells like bug spray. No resemblance to the perfume I have use and loved for 25 years.

Terrible company. Walmart allows them to be on their app. Ordered something, marked as shipped, UPS still doesn't have it. No answer by phone, no response to email. Walmart will not cancel the order because it shows shipped. I'll never deal with Walmart on the app again, NEVER!! Too bad I can't leave a big fat 0!!!!!
