Thanks to your lack of communication a kid will be without his favorite toy his Christmass WOULDN'T IT BE EASIER TO NOTIFY BUYER THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE IT ON STOCK? Instead you did a label making believe that you ship it. And where customer can read in transit... YOU DO NOT DESERVE ANY rating star.. not even sucess in business....TIME WILL TELL. The refund at this point is not the solution And of course that with the lack of neuron your staff have, there is no option at least to give an alternative toy offer to keep your customer happy.
