Horrible experience with Aspero LLC. Purchased two different model cash registers on walmart.com on March 9th. First came directly from Walmart without any issue and was delivered on March 11. Second was handled by Aspero LLC. Received an email on March 15 stating package had been delivered. When I checked tracking information it indicated it had been delivered to an individual in a totally different town than it was supposed to. I reached out to walmart.com to let them know. They sent an email to Aspero on my behalf and said I should hear from them in 24 - 48 hours. NOTHING. Because we are a rural location I also reached out to the post office. When the post master at the post office checked the tracking number it was associated with a totally different package weighing 15 oz. They even went to the individuals house just to be sure and it was a package of crafting supplies ordered off ETSY. I contact Walmart again to let them know - they sent another email to Aspero. CRICKETS AGAIN. I reached out a third time to walmart.com on Friday, 3/19. They issued a full refund immediately. Today I received an email from Aspero stating that when they did an inspection of the product prior to shipping it was damaged and because they only had one in stock they would not be able to ship the product and that a refund would be issued. They also stated that tracking numbers were automatically issued and I should IGNORE any tracking information received. Seriously??? When I responded to their email I received a response stating I should address the issue to Walmart main platform. I have no issue with Walmart - they issued the refund yesterday. I don't even have an issue with Aspero not shipping the product because it was damaged - I appreciate that. Unless I totally don't understand the process - my issue is 100% with Aspero and them randomly assigning tracking numbers that are for items that totally have zero to do with the order.

I made a Walmart.com order for an item listed by their retailer Aspero LLC. After a week I got an email That my order was refunded for the reason “customer changed mind.” I did NOT change my mind but it appears they don’t want to report their actual cancellation reasons to Walmart. The phone number they provide leads to a guys dual business voicemail. For Aspero LLC we are directed back to email. UseLess. Now I will not get the package in time.
