Very demeaning customer service. Salman has a corrupt attitude, and tries to make shady side deals and charges you extra fees, I would give this unpleasant character zero stars if I could. Salman calls you with pressuring sales tactic to have you spend more money on upgrades. He sent a couple computers with missing hardware and no OS. I can only imagine what shady deal these computers come from, in a dark alley at 3 in the morning is my best guess. I tried to explain to him I wanted to send them back and he verbally attack me and wouldn't let me talk, wouldn't hear me out, over talking me. Be very careful he will call you and try to make side deals for equipment upgrades with him, and have you make payments through PayPal which is not connected to the original Wal-Mart market place that the order was place. It will cause problems later if you need to return and request a full refund. If you notice that a majority of his reviews are from people that have negative reviews with similar situations like my own, is he terrible at treating his customer with any respect? I would think so. My advice to people who are looking for good quality used computers and don't want to be ripped off, stay away from this shady guy, he is bad news. FYI, I sent back his computers and to this day I have not seen my full refund.

Received order number 5751996449726. It was not what I ordered. You advertised that it came with Windows 7 pro. It came with windows 10. I can't use windows 10. Now I'll have to take it to a computer shop and have windows 7 installed. Thanks a lot for nothing.

a received a dell laptop from them and it works fine, can't complain. it's a latitude e6440, solid state and is working great so far, and when i call, you actually get to talk to a person right away,, not a bunch of prompts to go though which i hate!!

All in all, a good experience. Device worked fine out of the box. There were some issues about getting it shipped, but that was a problem with FedEx, not ASN. Mr. Nasir got FedEx to finally pick up the package. I had to return the device, as it wasn't what I needed. USPS said they had delivered, and ASN said the package was not received. I think ASN may have misplaced the return package, but not sure of that. In anycase, ASN credited the refund in total, with no re-stock fee. If a return must be made to ASN, include obtaining a signature when delivered.
