I ordered through Walmart the Metal Earth Star Wars Millennium Falcon as a 2020 Christmas present for my 13 1/2 year old grandson. It is not at all as described in ad. It is advertised as a brain teaser puzzle. It consists of 2 metal sheets with instructions all contained within a flat 6 1/2 by 4 3/4 packet. The pieces have to be broken apart before you can even begin to put it together and suggest you may have to use tweezers to put it together. Ridiculous! I hope he is not as disappointed as I am. We shall see. I suspect it will be less a brainteaser and more of a lesson in frustration and head straight to the garbage. I cannot recommend this company's (Fascinations) products .

I placed an order through walmart.com on December 6, 2020 and what was ordered from this company has not been received. Here is what I see when I track the package: Your Account/Track Shipment Delayed Shipped by Aryellys Place Mon, Dec 7 4:26 pm Shipment received acceptance pending MURRIETA, CA This is a Christmas gift for my grandson that doesn't look like I'll be receiving before Christmas. I ordered one through Kohls and received it within a week. I will NEVER order from this company again! I'm giving one star because no stars isn't an option.!

I ordered something through Walmart.com from this place, not realizing it was too small. so sent a message to cancel within 2 minutes of my purchase. I was told that Walmart sent them a message and would be contacted within 48 hours. It has now been 72+ hours and they have already shipped it and deducted my money from the ban! NEVER contacted me! What kind of horrible customer service is this???!!!!!
