I never leave reviews, but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The product I received was not how the product was advertised. There was a 60-day return policy on my item; When I called to get return shipping info, the customer service rep hung up on me. I emailed instead, and they told me they would not be able to return this product because returns are "discretionary" even though my product was brand new and in the box.
