Coming off a bad experience with another hard-to-find pressure washer seller with no U.S. address, I am leery looking at unbranded washers. The first one konked out after two weeks, leaving ball bearings in the driveway. The description of this one, with no manufacturer's name but only a distributor, claims performance that is hard to believe — 3800 psi and 2. 8 GPM from an 1800 watt motor? Every other manufacturer claims maybe 2000-2300 psi and less water from the same size motor. Maybe it would be better to pay a little more for a known brand.

Don't expect to able to contact this seller directly. They don't answer their phone, and if you click the Contact the Seller button, it sends an email to them. They have 48 hours to respond so if their is a mistake in the shipping address, like I had, you cannot get it corrected before the item gets shipped. It becomes a huge problem!! Walmart.com customer service told me they canceled my order, but they didn't. I was advised later that all they do is send an email to the seller. They don't cancel the order at all.
