Artemis Home Brands

I ordered a Christmas gift for my grandson back in November and not only have I still not received it but It still hasn't been shipped!!!! This is not ok I am calling Walmart today and putting in a complaint!!!

Pieces of shi*!!!! They stole my money for items I ordered for Christmas and never even shipped almost a month later so I asked to cancel and receive a refund, and still weeks later have not received a refund or even a reply from "Artemis Home Brands". I am filing a complaint against that company and Walmart for allowing them to cheat people out of their money!!!! They don't even deserve one star but there isn't a choice for lower. Lowest of the low!! I will be rating this scam of a company everywhere I can.

Let me tell you my run in with this company. I went to the walmart site like I do every month to order. I ordered 10 bars of Dove bar soap for 10.88, Which was the basic price. When I ordered it, i was surprised to see that it would take 3 weeks to be delivered. Most everything I order from walmart only take up to 5 days, so a few days later I was checking on my delivery dates and seen on the invoice the price of the soap had changed from 10.88 USD to 28.68 USD. I was baffled, so I wrote to walmart about this price change and told them to cancel my order since delivery date was for the 17th and it was only the 9th. Walmart sends the message to Artemis Home Brands and I get a reply that they cant cancel my order because it was already mailed out. Fast forward to Feb 12th... I get a email that the Dove soap was "just delivered" So I go out and nothing is there, I come back in and check the tracking on the package, to see the picture of where fed ex left it (I order a lot and Fed Ex always places the picture of where they set my package down, on the tracking page) Yet this time, there is no picture. So im wondering what is going on and notice the date delivered. (When I get a "Just delivered" email or notice on my phone, it 100% in the past meant the package was JUST DELIVERED. Yet it says on the tracking it was delivered on the 9th of feb. The same day I wrote them to cancel my order. Little to say, They not only raised the price of the soap from 10.88USD to 28.68USD (Which they took out of my account) they didnt even send the product. Beware of this company. I did call walmart and did get a full refund, so thank you walmart. I can only hope they no longer allow Artemis Home Brands to "sell" on their site any longer.

NOT pleased at all!! I have emailed this company MULTIPLE times and haven't about an item that says it was delivered to my house on 1/8/21 and I have yet to receive said item. I haven't asked for a refund or even details in regards to where this item is at this time and get ZERO response. 10/10 do NOT recommend!
