I'm so mad about an order I thought I had placed through Walmart. The item didn't fit and returning it has become an issue. Now I have to wait for a return label in the mail and pay for shipping. Also told that my order number was not correct when I copied how it was listed in all my emails. Trust level feels low.

Refurbished item, missing parts and poor customer service. The watch I received was open and instructions were missing. Customer service explained that it was already open because they "inspect items manually" and that "Manufacturers sometime forget to put the instructions in the box". Pretty inconvenient when you purchase a mechanical watch as a gift. They also add a note in the box saying that returns are 6.95$.

We ordered a Fossil Watch for my Son-in-Law for his birthday the day after Christmas. He never received his $150.00 watch and for this I’m writing my review. They have said I would receive a credit which has never happened. I am encouraging anyone from wasting your money buying anything from this sorry company !!! In fact I will never order anything from Walmart or this peace of Shit Company. If it was $15.00 I may not be leaving a review ! I work very hard for my money and hate to just pass it out !!!! Please stay away from this Company and Walmart !!! They both suck !!!!!!!!!!
