Just Recieved my new sharp Roku Remote and the only function it can access is the sleep timer. No matter what button I push the sleep timer comes on.... There were also no instructions or explanation of the Remote.I am very unhappy with this product and since it as ordered through Wal Mart they will hear about it!

order #5882138776961--11-13-21--the remote does not have on/off control nor volume control. Otherwise it works . Do you have same with the two mentioned features?
