This company is apparently a total rip-off. I order product worth $40 and never received it. Kept saying to wait 3 days. Never arrived! Do not order from this company.

This is not what I ordered I ordered dial Antibacterial body wash. There no Antibacterial on the ladle at all and I can get this same 16oz for way less then 12.87 it’s 10. Over the store price

Never recieved the full order. No refund. Appears to be that i have been trying to communicate with a robot in a foreign country who can only respond via rmail. Each response takes a week or longer, and each time it is the same response. No refund, no product, scam.

Walmart I blame you. You’re acting as a shield for this dubious seller. AmericaRx smart shop has successfully loaded tons of mud on your great reputation. I wish you’ll designate your personnel to monitor all your sellers.I received wrong items at double the price seen at Walmart stores. I requested a refund, nothing heard from them, no return label to ship it. I returned it to Walmart, no help. So what’s happening to the Walmart that I know-quick returns quick refund?Wake up Walmart, be selective and save your good name. Dump AmericaRx smart shop. Try to read all reviews about AmericaRx smart shop, so horrible. I’m rating them just to make my review clear to all future buyers.

Your prices are inflated. These people should be charged for price gorging. They do that for individuals and arrest them but for corporations/companies/hospitals, it's allowed. A shame.

I only got 1/2 my order. No contact from seller. I have tried to call no answer. I have sent a email but no answer so far. I will call Walmart.

Alert, don't shop here! I ordered in December and the post office delivered to the wrong house. I asked for help from America RX and they just sent email saying the tracking shows delivered. If they put some effort into investigating and contact my post office they will see it went to an address similar to mine 3 miles away. America RX just blew me off, kept my money and I never have received my order.

charged me twice as much as costs in store, would not credit me or send another bottle, has horrible reviews yet walmart has kept them as a seller since 2016, walmart is corrupt too

I never received an item I ordered from them. I called Walmart and they sent this information to American RX. American RX responded by lying to me regarding the tracking. They also did not send a replacement or offer a refund. I had to get the refund from Walmart. Do not do business with these people. I can't believe Walmart does. Honestly they do not deserve a one star rating.

$23 for ONE bar of Cetaphil soap. WTF? Who would be that stupid to buy from them. There are several other listed vendors that are price gauging as well. I never pay more that $2.5 - $3 per bar on average.

Keep away from this seller. They are dishonest , horrible customer service. I ordered hear color from them . I was supposed to receive 3 packs in one order. They sent me one pack only. For my request to ship the backordered items, they refused saying that order was complete. This is a fraud company. Don't buy from them.

AmericaRX Smart Shop is the worst shop place ever! Cheaters and scammers! If you see that name anywhere on website run as far as you can!!! It’s not enough they advertise one thing and send you completely different thing.. but after you receive the item if you try to return it they won’t take it back… even though on their website it says refund and return whiting 30 days after receiving… and their excuse… none !! Just because… so you end up getting stuck with crap they sent you!!! Unbelievable!! So.. scammers, cheaters, layers!!! Do not give them your business!!!go somewhere else!!!

Bizarre - got a package with hair products I never ordered. What kind of scam is this?

Was sent and billed for something I never ordered ...called and was told to call back later ...phone went to different number ...BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS ...

I agree with the fact that this company is a definite scam an should be prosecuted. They been lying and giving me the run around about my order for weeks. First of all how you going to have my order scanned out in the system that it’s been delivered to my house and I never received my package, gone respond to my email that it’s been delivered and for me to check with my local post office knowing full well they never shipped my order but took my money. I just called an requested a refund if I don’t get it in the next couple of days there’s going to be some serious problems! because I’m not going to continue to play with these people about my money period!

Buyers Beware! America RX Smart Shop is a scam! America RX Smart Shop is a third-party fraudulent vendor that Walmart authorizes to fulfill Walmart online orders. There are so many low ratings online for this vendor! I should have checked into their ratings before I agreed to Walmart passing my order to them! They are rated at 1 in a 1-5 star rating category in hundreds of reviews! I cannot get any information on my order that I sent over a month ago! They are ignoring my emails requesting a refund. Walmart is also ignoring my messages - and continues to pass it on to America RX! Walmart and America RX have no accountability! I will not do business with Walmart or America RX Smart Shop again!

Product never received. Contacted vendor numerous times and got the run around each time. More than a month past promised delivery date. AmericanRx is a scam operation.

I wish I could rate this company below zero. They sent the wrong hair oil and only screwed the tops on both bottles about halfway. The box arrived soaking wet with hair oil. I'm surprised the USPS even put it in my mailbox. So now I have a very messy mailbox and about half of what I ordered. Write this down: DO NOT ORDER FROM AMERICARX SMART SHOP unless you like negative online shopping experiences.

Terrible company to work with. Only received one item and it was the wrong item at that. This company preys on vulnerable elderly adults and refuses any action outside of ridiculous copy and paste responses. After many MANY phone calls, Walmart was able to refund me in full. Contacted Better Business Bureau and they were unable to get a hold of the business, smells fishy to me. I hope America RX gets removed from the Walmart.
