I never received my item and the seller will not respond. Why is Walmart still letting them sell through them? It's giving them a bad name.

I discovered after placing my order that their price for the product I ordered was 42% higher than the identical product offered by Amazon. While I should have compared prices before ordering, I will never deal with this merchant again.

I ordered Cichlid Aquarium sand from Walmart.com but it was fulfilled by Amazing Odyssey Inc. Description was for 50 pounds of sand, I only received one 20 pound bag. Seller won't respond.

I ordered Adrenal Harmony Gold from (I thought) WalMart, paid an extra $10 to get it by May 23. On May 21 I get a package from Amazon, no paperwork, of a product for bowel movements. To return the product would cost me the shipping fee, or I could keep it and donate it to a shelter. After FIVE emails, I have not heard back from Amazing Odyssey. Their phone number is either busy or you are asked to leave a message. Finally, today, I saw a tracking page indicating the product was delivered on May 21 - that was the bowel movement liquid. I am now contacting my credit card company plus the government agency that looks into fraudulent companies. DO NOT PATRONIZE AMAZING ODYSSEY!!!!!!!! I gave 1 star because option for lower than 1 was not available.

I started a return before I recieved my product because our puppy passed away. It’s been almost 3 weeks and still no refund. I was researching everywhere trying to find information. I read there is a $5 shipping fee and a 20% stocking fee for returns? That was never disclosed to me when I purchased the item or started the return process online.
