Amazing Cross Cloud Deals

Thought I was ordering from Wal-Mart, until merchandise was delivered broken. I received email asking to review the person I spoke with. I emailed and ask for refund and ask to talk to this perticular agent. I was told this agent was a 3rd party agent. I was told they could help me, the agent I ask for was not available. Then is when I realized things were not on the up an up. I did get a refund with a lot of hassle. The point is I wanted the merchandise replaced, it was on sale, didn't happen. I will order through Amazon in the future. Walmart has ruined their reputation with 3rd party companies and Walmart will go down and people will not trust them. I think Walmart doesn't care, because they want you to buy in the store because you will buy more if you see other things you need, marketing strategy !! We are no dummies !! This star is a - Star !!!

I ordered and got the lotus seeds, but never got instructions to go with them, contacted Walmart, was told I would hear from the sellers, but instead got a refund, I ASKED FOR INSTRUCTIONS so best I can say is I am not a happy customer at all, and I will never buy another thing from this part of the company and possibly not even Walmart itself, I always have other grocery stores to go to and I will encourage others also. And it's a shame I can't rate with no stars because none are what is deserved !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a marvel legends Deadpool rainbow squad for my grandson for Christmas,paid extra shipping to guarantee delivery on or before. the 18thof Dec. never heard from anyone from Walmart or amazing cross cloud, I contacted Walmart on the28th and she said it had been delivered, not true, so she gave me a reference # and said she would replace it. Today Dec 30th, I get an E-mail from Walmart saying they are giving me a refund,since I changed my mind,not so. I think I am done with ordering from Walmart or any company they do business with also!! Absolutely ridiculous...I’m done!

I ordered an item 3 times from Walmart and never received it. According to FedEx, the item each time was delivered to addresses listed other than what was listed on the order form. However, I just learned that this company was responsible for shipping the product. Very disappointed.

This is a scam. I ordered a Christmas tree on Dec 2, 2020, and have not received it yet. I am still sending emails and making phone calls about the tree. Walmart says this, Costway says that, and now Amazing Cross Cloud. I did not know that I wasn't buying from Wal-Mart. I do not have a tree yet and Christmas is almost here. They keep giving me the run around.

This company and the single nit witted fool who answers the phone needs to be shut down. I'm about to get into my vehicle, drive to this bastards location, rip his head off and shove it up his ass! If you do business with this "company' you will be scammed, not maybe. You will.

I ordered a camera bag and received notice the next day it had already shipped, with tracking information. Three days later I receive an email updating status saying Customer Had Changed Mind and transaction was cancelled. I NEVER CHANGED MY MIND. Scam, scam, scam. Walmart should stop business with this company. I just hope I receive my refund.

Just received notice that the skillet I ordered as a gift has been canceled due to “customer changed mind”. I did not change my mind. So, I checked Walmart’s website & they say they still have some but price has gone up over $10. I ordered accessories & I think they’re still on the way but without the main item they’re for. Walmart should not be doing business with such a scam company. I better get a refund. I wish there were zero stars for satisfaction. Do not order from this company.

SCAM vendor on Ebay. They never fulfil orders, they just collect your billing information to sell to other scumbags. I am reporting this company and its subsidiaries to the local FBI Branch for investigation. My neighbor is an agent and says these Shell companies are set up for fraud.

Company canceled my order noting that "customer changed mind"! I DID NOT change my mind but I did learn not to order from them again. I did receive a refund from Walmart.

BEWARE...pricing on Walmart from this vendor may show up on your receipt as more than double. I will make sure I never purchase from third party vendor again. Lesson learned and will be passed on via social media.

Recently ordered from Walmart.com, two what appeared to be gorgeous 28 x 40 outdoor flags. Kept checking tracking and appeared items never left CA though stated the order was processed. Thru Walmart "contact seller" requested 3 times where is my order and replies were canned so sorry will send but never received. After a month thru Walmart customer care a refund is now to be credited within 3-5 days. AVOID THE VENDOR LUCKYshop or POPcreation. After going thru Walmart I can no longer find the items I had ordered. This can't be a legit way to do business. Not sure how Walmart will further compete with Amazon if vendors as these are used.

Wal mart needs to get reputable retailers ,so we buyers can buy with confidence in wal mart an their retail partners,,,I would not order another thing under wal marts name as u just can't trust them

I took the bait of an offer that was too good to be true, got a message that the item was on its way, then a hard to decipher message implying that it wasn't, then finally when I asked for clarification I got "Yes, there was a fulfillment error with this and we were unable to ship a replacement when it was noticed." I did get a refund, so maybe I should have given them one and a half stars.

I ordered a Segmart sideboard. There was no mention of a CA Prop 65 warning on the Walmart site. When the item was delivered, there was a Prop 65 sticker on the outside of the box, so I have not opened it. Notice of the warning is supposed to be given at the point of sale. I deserve a full refund. I only received a 40% refund, and an item I won't bring inside my house. The seller could be fined $2500 for not following the prop 65 regulations, but I don't know how to follow this up on my own. I will complain to Walmart. In a few emails to the seller, they responded, asking me to please keep the item, but ignoring my questions about Prop 65.

WHAT A DAMN SCAM!!!!! I ordered an item, paid for it, and it was canceled with the reason was because "customer changed their mind.", which from the looks of it, they apparently do A LOT. I was never contacted in any way regarding this. Not too surprisingly, I see the same damn item on eBay going for more than what I paid for it. What did these assholes do, sell me something, then take it back because they thought they could sell it for a higher price, after I already bought it?? This will also make me STRONGLY consider not doing any business with Walmart, as Walmart seemingly is okay with dealing with these people, despite their overwhelming negative complaints reviews and complete lack of professionalism

Ordered an item nearly two weeks ago with an anticipated delivery of three days from now. Just got an email saying the order was cancelled due to the customer changed his mind. I've ordered this item twice with the same result. I won't order from a Wal-Mart fulfillment company again.

What exactly is your endgame? You screw a lot of people out of their time, and then say "they changed their mind", as you have done to me also, and then refund everyone. I really don't know why WALMART ALLOWS THIS, because it's pissing off a lot of customers!!!

Received an email saying my package was delivered by FedEx, but I never got it. Was going to wait a couple days (like Walmart asks) before reporting it missing. The next morning I got another email saying I was refunded because there was a billing error. I just don’t understand how I have a detailed tracking report on the package, but it was never even sent. It doesn’t make sense. Won’t be buying from them again.

ordered from amazing cross cloud deals did not get and someone called and said did not get so walmart credited it on 5-27-21, they say delivered 5-26-21 i called 6-1-21 to say did not get something is not right

Buyer beware! My wife was browsing Walmart.com for items that normally cost about $2 to $3 each. Since these were apparently out of stock, her attention focused on a Walmart market place company selling these for $23 a pair (!?). Her thinking was that these items were likely hard to get, only to find out that this not the case at all! Local stores like Kroger, Target and likely also Walmart sell these for $1.99 or about a piece. This is a pure case of price gouging and Walmart.com should not allow that. Then one wonders how come Walmart.com is out of these items.......eBay sometimes has sellers asking for outrageous prices for the same item that others sell for a reasonable price, but then there's a choice.

Terrible place to buy from. ordered a 5 pack of planters only received one for the amount the 5 pack was on website for. When I called was told it was a mistake and it had been corrected on the website. would do nothing.

First, my order was put on hold when the website said that there was plenty of the item in stock. Second, they left me a voicemail telling me to call them and after calling them for over an hour without response, I got an email saying my order shipped. Whatever, cool. However, a couple days later I received an email saying that I got a refund and my order was cancelled because "customer changed their mind." I never made any indication of that, nor was I ever able to get into contact with the sellers. I wasn't aware that I wasn't buying directly from Walmart, and I wouldn't have placed an order if I knew that this would be the case. As you can tell from the other 95 1-star reviews, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!

They canceled my order saying I changed my mind when I never did after weeks of waiting for this order. Terrible. Didn't realize I was not purchasing from Walmart. Have never bought from walmart online before and never will again.
