Paid for expedited shipping, company lied and said they were going to ship out the next day. Instead they just printed out a shipping label so they could charge my card. Still fighting with bank and never received product. Amazon and Walmart should not use this seller!! Can I give zero stars!!

They told me for two months that my order was on delay. Then finally shipped me the items which were damaged, told me to return them for replacements and then refused to send me replacements or give me a refund. I am currently dealing with it as a dispute through my bank since the manager I spoke with on the phone refused to resolve it and hung up on me. Do not buy from here, unless you want your money taken and to receive no products in return. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Wow, didn’t think of reviewing Amazing Buys before I ordered since it was Wal Mart.....no update on tracking after being shipped & charged to my card... of course, didn’t receive it today. Wal .mart said they will take care of it......told them to get my refund....should have known...$88 cheaper than at Ashley Home. Any suggestions to get my full refund?

Purchased (2) decorator pillows. Quality of product was fine, but color did not match. Shame on me for not studying the return policy as closely as I should have. By the time I paid the exorbitant return shipping cost of $41, and the 20% restocking fee, I would have lost @ 65% of my purchase, ending up with about $21 from my $76 purchase. What a joke. I kept the pillows. I'm sure I can find a home for them somewhere. Lesson learned, and I will not purchase from this site again, nor any third party sellers.

WORST EVER! Ordered office chairs from Walmart and they never showed up! I called walmart multiple times and they couldn't track it down. Eventually they discovered that it looks like this vendor NEVER SENT IT! They were trying to take our money with not sending anything. I am extremely frustrated and still will not be receiving chairs after this.. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!!!!!

!!!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Horrible customer service. They do not send what is advertised. I ordered a desk with a hutch. They sent the hutch only and stated that the price was just for the hutch. The advertisement stated DESK with HUTCH. Walmart did not make it right either. It was on the WalMart website.

Worst business to deal with. Beware! If you need to refund an item you are in trouble. They dont carry thru on what they say they tell you they are going to do and you are left in the air. If i could rate them a zero i would.

Placed an order for a desk on 7/22/18 with a delivery date of 8/9/18. My daughter was moving on 8/11 so thought that it would give us enough time to receive shipment. Checked the Walmart website several times and was misled that the item shipped. Bottom line was sent sever emails left several phone messages and NO REPLY. Also, never received the desk! Waste of time and energy tracking down a bogus purchase. Now my daughter has moved and has no work desk. THANKS!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Never received item, but Walmart charged my card because it had been shipped. After tracking the FedEx # I discovered that a shipping label had been issued but the item never shipped. I've tried on numerous occasions to contact them via phone and email. NO RESPONSE. Now I've received notice that there were unauthorized charges made on my card! I'm only putting 1 star because I have no option to put none!

Difficult company to comtact. Give all different hours of operation and do not feel comfortable dealing with them. Have to wait a day for response. Ridiculous!!!!!

WORST!! WORST!!! absolute WORST cumstomer service EVER! NO BUSINESS ETHICS WHATSOEVER) I purchased a mattress from them, I got it delivered but it was the wrong brand(brand is imprinted on packaging) I didn’t have to open the box to clearly see that it was the wrong brand, I received it on 7/11/18 I emailed and called on 7/12/18, instead of sending a call tag for a simple return back to them they lied to UPS and filed a ”damaged” claim I emailed them again (after calling UPS myself) letting hem know that they gave false information to UPS, they never answer their phone (which is A New York number yet they are in Redlands, Ca) bottom line they keep telling UPS to send the package back to me. Long story short it is now 7/28/18 I had to be calling UPS to explain the situation after they attempted to re-deliver the same (wrong) package to me on 7/26/18 and 7/27/18. Buyer absolutely BEWARE of buying anything from them even If it’s free shipping and a few dollars less I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE BUY FROM THEM AGAIN if I can give them negative thumbs down I would instead of 1 star. I have spoken to Kyle, Sam, Mandy (who said on 7/27/18) that she will contact UPS to let them know and call me back... still waiting for a call back. The most irresponsible and lack of commitment towards customers company. I placed an order on June 21, 2018, it was received completely damaged and as of today, it has not been replaced even though it was already charged to my account. In addition to the vendor, Amazing Buys, Inc. irresponsible attitude, Walmart has not done anything to assist on the solution of this issue, however, they do process the credit card charge immediately but not have had the courtesy and the responsibility to resolve this issue on behalf of me as the customer. This means that I am paying for something that I have not yet received. Please read below the complete information. Never again will buy anything from Amazing Buys. Re: Tracking Number 1ZE178R70315032305 Order #4441886-138492 Signature Design by Ashley Leo 2 Drawer Nightstand On June 21, 2018, I ordered two (2) nightstands through Walmart. Both items were delivered on Tuesday, 07/17/2018 at 7:25 pm, and when we opened the boxes one of the nightstands was completely damaged. I immediately contacted Walmart and file the claim requesting a replacement. I received an email that was self-explanatory; see below. However, I received another email stating that the part was going to be mailed to which I responded that I was not accepting any part that I needed a replacement. The item was picked up by UPS on July 11, 2018at 15:12 pm and a receipt was left by UPS, and to my surprise when I got back home this evening I found on my front door a box with the replacement. This is totally insane and denotes a high lack of professionalism from and respect towards me as a customer. This item was picked up and returned to the vendor, this item has been already charged to my account even though I do not have the item still. I am not waiting for any longer for this item, I am hereby demanding from Amazing Buys to immediately mail this item. This month on July 21, 2018, will be a month since I placed the order for this item and due to Amazing Buys lack of responsibility, I still do not have the item, which again, it has been already charged to my account.
