I ordered an otter phone case from them, was delivered, within a month it was falling apart. I emailed them about the case and never got a response, I asked for a replacement or refund, no response. I contacted Otterbox and they told me this seller is not an authorized re-seller and that any products they do sell have no warranty from any company. I asked the business this, no response. I sent the box to Otterbox and they suggested it was a fake made in china this company was selling.

Ordered a crushed purple phone case and they sent me black. It was very difficult to contact the seller and now awaiting instructions on how to return item. It is too bad that Walmart won’t make this return/exchange....

This company requires a RMA. The company will not accept returns without it; yet the company refuses to acknowledge or answer emails. How can a buyer return something when a company will not even answer their emails? Fast shipping but no customer service to speak of.
