Not responding to emails. I placed an order through Walmart c/o Always Quality. Go to your filters on Walmart.com to select your retailer's I only choose Walmart because 3rd party companies are taking money and items not being as described once they arrive.

Horrible service. They sent me a blender when I ordered a stand mixer. Then took a long time to get back to me. Then made me take 3 small kids with a huge box alone to the fed ex store far from my house to return because of their mistake. I think they do this on purpose. Be careful with ordering from them!

Holy crap I guess I am not the only one who has had a nightmare of a time with this company and Walmart. I ordered something from Walmart, they canceled that order and then told me to buy it through Always Quality saying they would discount it because it was 170 dollars more. Its a complete scam. They sent me some BS in a sketchy as water damaged box. This place sucks so much and Walmart knows it. I will probably never shop with Walmart again. I am tired of enabling this type of bad business.

Horrible service. They are poorly trained and most probably a small group operated company that their intention is to only make money and they don't care about your feedback nor about your return to buy from them. Check the price too, they are higher than others. I had a very bad experience with them. Take a step back and think well before dealing with them. My complaint is always addressed to Walmart and Amazon to outsource this poorly organized so called "Always Quality". No star rating for my experience but I have to select one.

I ordered 8 floral bouquets only received 3 out of 8. No one has responded although they promise a response in 1 business day it's been over 10.

I receive my item in a timely matter which was on the 24th I return my item on 26 December and I never received my refund back and I’m still waiting on my refund and it is now January 24

9400111699000364323135 never arrived from my November 11, 2019 order through Walmart. Two blouses bought online from Walmart but now see it was a product of Always Quality. I am really angry. I wish I could give them a negative rating as one star is too good for them!!

This product is a load of crap......did NOT receive the correct product ~ all pieces were NOT included in the box and to TOP it all the hand blender serial number and model number was taken off the product by a grinder making it NULL and VOID for ANY warranty with Kitchen Aid I don't know HOW you guys sell ANYTHING "certified refurbished" for Kitchen Aid

Well let’s see, I ordered something from Walmart and this is where it came from. Was supposed to arrive by November 15th, still haven’t got it. Got in touch with Walmart, and they contacted them, got an email saying would arrive by November 29th, guess that’s next year. I will NEVER use this place again. They got there money though. My tracking info has had the item in Texas since November 4th. Learned my lesson.

My daughter ordered a blazer jacket for her boyfriend for prom and they sent a pair of winter gloves. The number is bogus and no answer. Walmart says they are sending it to the escalation department. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would.

I ordered a meat grinder attachment for my KitchenAid mixer, which was to include a sausage filler attachment and a meat tray. The box arrived with nothing but a pile of trays. I immediately sent a message to the company via my WalMart account. I waited 4 days for a response and received nothing. I sent another message - still no response 2 days later. I have now sent my 3rd request. If I do not hear something back by tomorrow, I will continue by contacting the BB and my CC company. This is ridiculous. So much for "Customer Service!" If I could give less than 1 star, I certainly would!

Do not order from them! Ordered an infant outfit and they sent the wrong size. Then wanted me to pay to ship it back. Then I got an email saying they were sending a return label. Never got. Now they are offering me 30% back instead of full price. Bad business.

I order an expensive set of Oster clipper and trimmers. Found a job and opened them to see I was unable to use them. They are alot different than Wahl clippers. I was told they were refunding my money and then get an email telling me to go through the manufacturer that it was over the 30 days. Mind you this email took them 30 days for me to see I was in fact not getting the money returned as they promised after explaining they were unusable. Now I have a set of over $200 worth of work tools I can not use and still need to fork out money for a set of Wahls. There was no quality service here. I am very unhappy. I just so happen to work at the SmartStyle inside of Walmart and was just hired...and do not make much for such a loss.

Do not use this company. I bought a refurbished kitchenaid mixer for my 72 YO mother and after 3 uses...6 months...it died! They said they can't do anything after 30 days and to contact kitchenaid. Kitchenaid said since it is refurbished they can't do anything. Bad company doing very shady business practices!

Product was not new and delivery was SLOW! I ordered a Gillette razor handle with 2 blades. The package was received out of the complete factory packaging (blister pack). The top of the package was taped onto the bottom package. If I was told I would be receiving the product in a taped up package I would not have ordered it. This will go back to Walmart.

I purchased a Coleman rechargeable quick pump from Always -Quality off of Walmarts webpage. They sent me a product that was six years old. Not knowing it at the time, I charge it up for 12 hours and it didn’t work. Will not refund my money. If I could give them a zero I would.
