I needed to return an item, but they did not return my emails or phone calls. They seem like a scam.....I’m surprised Walmart continues to use them as a third party seller. Maybe after seeing these bad reviews, they won’t anymore

the same story,they don not answer emails,because I want to return items-lego, wich is overpriced .1000$ for box of lego.First it was almost a month to get it.Looks like I am going to court

Please do not order from this company, sent the wrong item and charged triple the price, and did not received the refund, I think this company is scam and why Walmart is using this third party company

Very responsive seller and very fast shipping. Bought an item on Thursday and it was delivered that Saturday!

I ordered from, what I thought was Walmart, got the package from Amazon. Price tag was still on the item and was half the price they charged me. Contacted Walmart because I thought it was fraud and they took care of me. I would never do business again with a company that uses deceptive practices.

We had the misfortune of attempting to do business with this company; and fortunately, Walmart intervened to resolve our issues. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Our story: We ordered a light fixture, which arrived when we were out of town. When we were able to open the package, we realized that we were mistakenly sent a light fixture unlike the one we ordered. We attempted to go to Walmart who informed us that we had to go back to the seller. By the time we did, we were 2 days outside of their arbitrary 30-day return policy. We reached out any way to explain our situation - assuming we were working with reasonable professionals - and asked them to send us what we ordered and we would return the mistaken item. The AlphaZeta representative refused to help. He/she simply stated that we exceeded the return timeframe. We were also told that “shipping errors do occur and we advise customers to double check contents.” First, no company should accept delivery errors as standard practice. Second, I was never notified of this frequent occurrence or need to “double check.” I explained again that we just want what we paid for; and if that was not possible, a refund and return the item we did not order. They refused to assist in any way. This company clearly did not care about customer service, and I hope our story helps prevents others from having a similar terrible experience.

There’s a fine line between poor service because of a great price and just straight up poor service and this here seller crosses that line. Very disappointed to find my flip flops could have been had for half the price on amazon.com by my nephew who is quite the tech wizard. When I tried to return my flip flops they said they would only accept the left one and not the right one because the customer is always right!!!

Bought a pair of jeans but wasn't happy with the size. Seller was very helpful in communicating and I was able to return it to get a full refund.

Terrible experience with this seller. They sell overpriced knock-offs and then they don't respond to messages. BUYER BEWARE.

Got the item I wanted within a week of placing the order. Had some questions for the seller and they were promptly answered within a day. Overally, good shopping experience.
