I ordered a laptop from them on February 18, 2021 for $399 plus tax it said it shipped and was supposed to be here by February 22, 2021 but it never came and when I check the tracking it shows that the label was created but the item was never actually shipped. I held out but when it stayed like that I contacted Walmart and they said Alpha would contact me within 48 hours well they never did and Walmart refunded the money and now the SAME laptop from them is for sale for $699!!!!! Like WTF they took my money never sent the item then doubled the price. Don't buy from these guys!
