This seller did not deliver and will not refund the money paid for an exercise rope. I purchased back in December and have been going around and around with them. The tracking says it's still being delivered with a DELAY but it's 3 months late. The seller claims it was delivered but tracking does not agree with them. They are saying they will not refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
