Horrible! Just am so frustrated right now! They charged 514.00 plus tax on a WEN generator for camping. This Chinese company sent it to a totally wrong address with a different name and now we have to wait 48 hours before we can even get this all straightened out!

I ordered the Pokemon case for my granddaughter twice both times it was not delivered on the dates it was supposed to be. It said it was shipped then the day after the delivery date it said delayed. I contacted AJ Gear and didn't get a response. I will never ordered anything from them. Not a good company.

This company is a JOKE. I ordered a toy box for my son, it was tracked from Pennsylvania to my "garage" in Ohio as "delivered" but I never received the toy box. Walmart had to contact the company and the company contacted me and said I had to go on my Walmart account and cancel the order and order from another seller as the toy box was "damaged" in the warehouse. First off, you cannot cancel an order that has been delivered you can only do a return and I cannot return a product I never received. Secondly, I can buy the same toy box from this exact same seller per Walmart website but now for $30 more. Why can't they just send a replacement if the first one was damaged and why if the product was damaged at the warehouse did the product track from Pennsylvania, to Cleveland, to my local post office, then to being delivered at my "garage door"? Sounds like a big scammer company if you ask me.

This company and others like aj gear, 911 boulder ridge llc, present themselves as third party sellers in Walmart market place. They are total scams. Like others they send fake fed-ex shipping track numbers. You never receive your package. Total scam. And why Walmart doesn't do anything beats me. Buyer beware! I would put no stars. I will fill compliant with bbb on Walmart for not veting this scammers. Plus would will make compliant with police! Neg.stars not a choice

AWFUL seller. They tried to say FedEx lost my package, but AJ Gear put the wrong name and address on it! And they claim the item is now out of stock so I can’t even get a replacement.
