Stitched heart ornaments kit sells for over $44! I can buy from other site for 12.99 What a rip off!! U would think with this virus they would lower their prices so people can do crafts at home. Rip off!!

Not sure who’s error it was but I ordered a 4pk dry wall kit from Walmart.com a couple of weeks ago. I received a notification that my package was delivered to the wrong address. My shipping information is correct on Walmart’s account. How can this be fixed?

I ordered a fan on walmart website that was listed for $56.00. I received an email that ADVENTURER'S BAG had charged my Visa for $122. Watch these people! They are scammers!!! Do not order anything where their name is listed.

On Monday, November 4, 2019, we received the following message. As of Tuesday, November 12, 2019, we have not received a refund: Dear Charles Your refund request has been submitted to the appropriate department. You can expect your refund within 2 business days. We apologize for all the inconvenience and sincerely hope we will still have the honor to serve you again in the future. Thank you for your patience. Customer service:Cari Walmart should NOT allow this company to sell anything on their website.

On Wednesday, October 23, 2019, I received (20) cans of Friskies with tuna and egg that I had ordered from Walmart. I was charged $52.92 for (20) cans. This was their reply: Dear Charles Thanks for your email. We just double checked that this item was sold by 10packs, and you ordered 2 of them, so you should receive 20 packs in total. Thus you received the correct items, so in this situation , as seller would like to issue $10 discount for you, to wish this way may make you satisfied, is that ok ? Looking forward to your reply Sincerely Jackie

Awful!! Reporting to Better Business Beauru..they charged me almost 30.00 for a ten dollar item, I believed that the one I ordered was a 3 pack, due to the fact that’s the current price for a 3 pack!! I ordered 2 and they sent 1 and charged my card almost 60 bucks for ten dollar item!! Beware of these scammers!!! Total scam!!!

My wife ordered a 4 pack of bug spray and they immediately took out the money. Five days later they emailed Walmart and Walmart emailed her, order was cancelled at customer’s request and money will be refunded in a couple of days. A day later she gets a tracking number and a note her order was shipped but it shows it’s going to the wrong city and a weight of less than 2 pounds for 4 gallons of liquid. We tried using Walmart instead of Amazon to spread the wealth but it seems that Walmart uses sellers that don’t qualify for Amazon’s store. Between my wife and I we have tried Walmart 10 times and have received items twice. We are officially done with Walmart because they just say it’s out of their hands as long as you get your money back. And we do but we don’t get the lost time back.

Never received the order!!! Very bad communication!!! I called more then 7 times and looks like the customer service workers don’t know what going on!!!

Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. Kept half of my money in addition to having to pay shipping back to them. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS with Walmart if the product comes from "Adventurers Bag".
