I purchased a Schoenhut toy piano for $149.11 and they sent me a different brand that sell for half that price. I returned the piano to adonait with a return label they sent me. They received the returned piano 15 days ago but still haven't processed the refund. When I email them they say they will get back to me "soon". I am surprised and disappointed that Walmart allows this company to sell on their site.

I would give them 0 but I can't. What a bunch of bitches they show a toy that has only one left in stock but in reality, they don't even have the fucking clue of what they have and now they said they're gonna cancel my order but they still haven't done it even though it takes only 5 fucking minutes max ITS BEEN FUCKIN4 DAYS NOW.

STAY AWAY! I ordered an item, they took the money. 3 days later said there was a problem with my order and that I would receive a refund shortly -its been a week. Thankfully I paid with PayPal, so I WILL get a refund one way or another for my $405! Crooked SCUMBAGS!

They are a fraudulent company that does not actually carry the items they purport to sell. Luckily Walmart refunded my purchase after the item yet to arrive 2 weeks after the delivery date.

DOES ANYONE FROM WALMART READ THESE REVIEWS?! 25 1 STAR REVIEWS!!! Why is Walmart still allowing this company to sell on it's Marketplace??!!!? My sister purchased a Baby Brezza formula maker as a shower gift for my daughter in February. The baby was born in April and Machine was not put into use until mid April. The machine was malfunctioning from the start not mixing the proper concentration of formula and creating problems for the baby. Contacted Walmart who had the seller contact us and they basically said "we were outside the 30 day return window and sorry for the inconvenience." It is a $300 machine and this is unacceptable! Trying now to arrange a return through Walmart.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They don’t send your full order or the correct thing you ordered and won’t give you a refund.

Placed an order got a tracking # which indicated item was delivered to a mailbox in Pa I’m located in Ca just like all other reviews don’t have a good feeling about this company don’t use them don’t know why Walmart doesn’t drop them with all the negative reviews

An order was placed through Walmart.com for ELECCTV Solar Step Lights on October 27, 2019. The order number is 5711974-838774. The confirmation-mail from Walmart indicated that the product was being shipped by Adonait Solutions, Inc. It was shipped by Bluecare Express at 8:22 am on October 28, 2019. Its shipment details indicate on October 29, 2019 at 2:58 pm "Your package was delivered. It was handed directly to a resident." It was not handed to me. I was getting my haircut in town at this time. There is no other resident to whom it could be handed at my address 229 Wild Turkey Blvd., Boerne, Texas. Can you please find out what happened or send another order. Thank you.

!!!DO NOT!!! purchase anything from this Walmart Reseller “Adonait Solutions llc” This company is running a target marketing scam. Adoniat posts items for sale as a reseller on the Walmart website. They post that they have one left in stock. I placed the order and received an email confirmation from Walmart and a tracking number. The tracking number is provided by Adonait is from the USPS and is invalid. The item was never shipped. I called Walmart six das after I placed the order to begin the cancellation and refund process. The day after I submitted the dispute with Walmart I received an email from Adonait stating, “Dear Customer, I am sorry to inform you that there is an error with and we had to cancel. Your money will be available soon” Adoniat’s intent here is that you will expect that your Credit Card will be refunded and you will forget to check your statement. You should contact Walmart and make sure your Credit Card is not charged and/or refunded immediately.

I PLACED AN ORDER ON AUG 5, FROM WALMART.COM NOW THEY TELL ME IT WAS THRU ADONAIT SOLUTIONS. They get 1 single star, as zero stars is not available. This company is a hoax. They issue bogus tracking numbers, and the product never ships or arrives. They have a customer service line that is on permanent do not disturb, and they do not return phone message left for them - so don't waste your time. Also, emailing them through Walmart.com for a promised 24 hour response is a joke too! Two separate emails sent to them -- and 4 and 5 days later - still no reply. Walmart should end this relationship ASAP.

No item. No refund. No response. Too bad this company can not get a negative rating. Walmart, why do you allow these people to represent your company? Shame on you for not holding them to some sort of standards. Take care of your customers and remove these people from your marketplace. I purchased a $70 toy for my daughter’s birthday that was never delivered or refunded. I was heartbroken.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I was searching for a very specific guitar. They had one left in stock. I received confirmation from Wal-Mart and a tracking number. The tracking number was invalid. The item never came. I called adonait solutions directly, emailed them, to receive no response. I called Wal-Mart multiple times, whom also tried to contact them. Then I received a FAKE email saying my order had been cancelled and I had been issued a refund. One week later after realizing the email was fake. I had to fight with Wal-Mart to get my money back. NEVER again will I buy from a Wal-Mart marketplace seller.

Thank you consumers. I was going to purchase a pricey toy but no description and only 1 picture. Got concerned. Now I will NOT be buying item.

I ordered a dollhouse for about 269$ a couple of days later the price went down to 160$ next couple of days it went up to 369$ waaaaay to high for what it is, I'm disappointed in this purchase unfortunately for me I've read the reviews last minute.. I've purchased almost 2weeks ago and still have not received it, don't even have a correct tracking number to look up.. I will be returning once recieved.. not even going to bother opening returning their junk right back to them

They cancelled my order saying high demand & not in stock! But the truth is, it is in stock but they probably made an error on price because it was a.lot less than other stores....so instead of honoring the price listed on Wal-Mart they use another excuse to cancel......Wal-Mart should read these reviews and not subject their customers to unscrupulous third parties! Getting product from Amazon now!
