purchased 2/36oz Sanders milk chocolate caramels 6/28/21. Package arrived 7/2/21 that was absolutely NOT what I ordered. 2 bags of crystal lite lemon tea. sent message to seller and no response. used the phone number (for AD International) they provided on walmart website and they had no clue and gave me a different number to call, allegedly customer service. no answer. contacted walmart customer service alerted them to the bait and switch scheming that AD International Trading is participating in. given bogus tracking number on the 8th of July. never took it to the post office after assuring me via email that they were taking it to the post office. 24 emails later and I have had promises from "John" and "Alice" that I will receive the items I ordered, then saying 7/18/21 that the items have been out of stock, yet they allegedly shipped it on the 8th of July and that it will now ship 7/19/21. Still no valid tracking, and I haven't heard a peep out of them in the past 5 days. They even had the nerve to send me an email asking to leave kind feedback! Buyer beware, this company AD International LLC is a 3rd party SCAM shyster that Walmart needs to shut down ASAP, AD International LLC for fraudulent transactions, they need to be reported to the Federal Trade Commission and arrested for their deception. only reason I gave 1 star is it wouldn't let me leave ZERO

I ordered on March 17, 2020. they acknowledged that they have received the order and have been paid.. since then, no merchandise, no correspondences. They don't answer phone calls or return massages. Be warned.

Purchased some tea on Oct. 30th, 2019. Four boxes of 176 count organic green tea. USPS shows up at my door saying I owe $13.11 in shipping postage. It was scanned and weighed at .65 oz. when they sent it to me and it should have been just over 6 lbs. the postman said. I have sent emails to two different locations. I have received NO response from them. I have been charged for my tea and now I will have to pay the additional 13.11 to pick it up at the post office. Do NOT purchase from AD International Trading. You have been warned!!!
