Bought Mason Pearson hair brushes from Adinas, but given these horrible reviews (all 1 star) I am tempted to return due to authenticity concerns after reading these reviews. They did not verify authenticity or who they source from when I asked, but said I can return to Walmart. Not sure now what to do. WHy doesn't Walmart stand behind this vendor or at least be engaged so its customers are reassured?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMER! I only wish I had read these reviews first, all of which sound like the same pattern I experienced: received texturizing product instead of hairspray; was asked to send picture of texturizing product I received (a ploy and a typical pattern) and was then told this was from an older stock and the label had changed but same product. I am not stupid!! Original order was placed June 22, over one month ago. Still no replacement. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES AND PROMISES TO SATISFY YOU.. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN!!

Just ordered 2 bottles of Redken conditioner and 2 bottles of Redken shampoo. Received 4 bottles of conditioner. Contacted seller and found out that they didn't have the shampoo in stock. Wish I read the reviews before I ordered... Shame on you Wal-Mart for allowing this seller to continue to operate on your website so they can defraud your customers.

Same as all the others on here not happy but have to give a star but don’t deserve any I ordered a 13.5 oz bottle of redken one United and they sent a 5 oz bottle and they want to at least give me a refund if I send the bottle back but once again more leg work for me I ordered from Walmart and will be getting back in touch with Walmart about the services their other sellers treat people not happy and shouldn’t be a company such poor services after reading all the negatives they have done if I don’t get a positive fix I will also be contacting Walmart again and I will taking it to the better business bureau something needs to be done then I will be taking further than that until this company doesn’t exist cause how they deal with customers

Terrible product.

Do not purchase from them. They sent me the wrong product, 5 oz instead of 13.5 oz and I have been waiting 4 business days on a response to rectify the issue, so I will be returning instead.

Ordered shampoo. They sent wrong item. I wouldn’t give even one star but you have to choose something to rate them. Still haggling to get this corrected and get a refund.

I placed an order of shampoo and conditioner though Walmart. The web sit said I would receive my order by June 3, 2020. Today is June 5 and I still have not received a shipping email that my order has been shipped. I have a printed receipt for my order!!!! This is bad customer service!!!!!! I will get the authority's involved if I do not receive my order which I have already PAID in FULL!!!! Negative stars but had to choose one

Ordered Pureology Hydrate SHEER Shampoo and Conditioner. Received Hydrate NOT Sheer. Already have Hydrate. After reading reviews on this seller, who knows what was in the product! Returned and will not order nor recommend anyone does from this seller.

Fake!!! I ordered Pureology Hydrate Shampoo. Bottles were gray/lavender, instead of purple. Thought maybe Pureology changed packaging. Dried my hair out horribly! Called Pureology. Their bottles are still purple! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. SCAM!

I bought some bottle of Olaplex! It’s amazing how they duped the bottle, it looks identical, but the product is as fake as you can get. I’m returning it!

BUYER BEWARE: ADINA'S BEAUTY SHOP. It's no surprise this so called "company" has terrible reviews. I am furious I was sent products that are FAKE! I have been using my hair care line for years and only ordered online through Walmart because my local shop is currently closed. Big mistake. The color and smell of the product was a red flag. I contacted them and of course was given some BS that reads "We extend great effort to make sure that our product is 100% authentic and sourced from only reputable dealers. I am so confident in our products that we offer a full refund if our customers are not satisfied." Just a way to cover themselves so they can continue selling fake products through Walmart's Market place. Waste of my time having to return it. GIVE ME MY REFUND!!!

After reading all of the reviews and the delivery of my order was slow, I will not not be placing another order.

Just received my order the my Redkin color extend shampoo was not sent, instead I got the conditioner.....I never use the conditioner. Less than impressed

Just got my second order of what should have been OPI Infinite Shine (step) 2 and again the order is wrong. For the 2nd time, they sent OPI Nail Laquer which will not work in the OPI Infinite Shine Kit. Still just as disappointed in the return process. No option to send me a replacement quickly (after waiting almost 2 weeks to get it). Now to do the return process in shipping it back (that was a pain the first time- completely opposite of ordering and returning to amazon) or go wait in line at Walmart.

I ordered OPI Infinite Shine (step) 2 nail polish from 3 different sellers for Walmart at the same time. Adina’s Beauty Shop was the last to ship and last to arrive. Shipping was slow. When it did come, the order was wrong. They sent nail lacquer which can’t be used in the Infinite Shine nail kit. When I logged in to make the return there was no where to state “wrong item, please send a replacement”. My only option was to return to Walmart or get a shipping label (and wait a week for the refund to process). I chose shipping label- it was not easy to print because it was not a PDF- it was a picture of a label and the font was tiny! I ordered one to be sent to my house and one to my parents house- I’ll update if the one to my parents is correct or incorrect.

I recently bought a Kerastase Magistral Masque , through Walmart but product was send by Adina’s Beauty Shop ... the product I received was a fake !!!! It was anything inside that container but no a Kerastase product . Never again !!

The eminence products she is selling are old. I would not recommend purchasing products from this seller.

Ordered Sebastian Shaper Hairspray. Received Shaper Plus Hairspray with a sticker on the cellophane wrapper saying it was the correct item. Then return was not user friendly since Fed Ex can’t return “dangerous goods.” Walmart.com should not use this seller. This is not what I expected from Walmart.com. Disappointed.

Do not purchase from this seller. They are engaged in fraud and sent me a defective product. They have a phone number but do not return your call, they have an e-mail but respond to e-mails and see defective products they need to be removed from the Walmart site and I am contacting the Attorney general's office in the state where Walmart is located due to their fraud.

I bought the 16oz Hibiclens with Pump but received just the bottle of Hibiclens, No Pump. I bought it because it said it came with the pump. Wish I had read the reviews first, I never would have ordered from here. This is the second Walmart Marketplace Seller that's a fraud. I won't order from any more of their Marketplace Sellers, Walmart needs to do better reviews on these companies Before they allow them to sale on their website. I am sending back for a refund.

Bought Redken Blondage Shampoo & Conditioner... Email said it shipped 6 July 2021, to be delivered today 14 July... ~9400111108400045914XXX~ tracking number just says label created.... I'm beginning to think like all the other reviews that this seller is a scammer. Walmart just said they sent the scammer a message to see where my items are .. Not sent.. that's where.... Now it's showing "Out of Stock" online...

After almost 2 weeks I still do not have my order. It was supposed to be delivered today per the original ship date (which seemed like a long lead time since everything else I ordered that same day has long since arrived. Tried to contact the seller and got a very generic reply that it had already been shipped when in fact it sat for 3 days after the label was created. Will NOT be purchasing from this seller again.

Product was tampered with! I face cream I ordered had been previously opened, the foil safety seal was removed and the tube had been squeezed. DO NOT buy from this seller. They are shady and sell used products. They have also refused to accept a return. Shame on you Walmart for working with sleazy suppliers.

Ordered the 3 pack of Sebastian shaper plus original formula (as pictured on Walmart) received 3 pack of Sebastian plus 55% not the original 80%! Do not order from this scam artist that refuses to change picture in advertisement.

Received very expensive product without any seals or wrapping on it.... Why? You spend good money, you expect a product that is sealed and untampered with. Very disappointed. I ordered from Walmart . I didn't realize from third party vendor. Maybe time to stop using Walmart. We think oh great prices but look at these reviews. I think I'm finished buying these sorts of specialty item from Walmart. Ordered product from Walmart and they used Adina's to ship product to me. It was the wrong product. Now I have to return it and won't get my money back for 7-10 days after they receive the incorrect product back. Can't believe Walmart would use a company with this past history to send out product especially when it looks like they could know that they have a history of sending incorrect product.
