I ordered an AC adapter based on the model # that was shown in the photo (rather than the list of compatible devices provided) as I knew what I needed spec-wise (I'm an engineer), and my device did not appear in ANY listing (it was a Jensen CD-555, FYI). Unfortunately, it turns out the listing photos are just generic stock photos (note that the plug end is not shown). So, when my item arrived, of course it did not fit the connector in the CD player. I contacted the seller (ABLEGRID Branded) via Walmart's "Contact Seller" link, and I very quickly received an email saying that they were sorry and would work with me to resolve the problem. (I take some blame, as my device was not listed as compatible; but the generic photo that I used for my decision is bad on them). They asked me to describe exactly what I needed and they sent that correct adapter to me...no need to return the incorrect one! Everybody makes mistakes, but how they are handled makes all the difference. This seller exemplifies someone standing behind their product and doing everything possible to make right of a bad situation. BRAVO to ABLEGRID Branded.

Trying to return an item for a refund. Walmart won't take it. Says it has already been returned. Your tech stuff is beyond me. I need a phone call, an email or text, please Time is up for me response before the 11th, please.
