Tried to sell me a product they didn't have. Gave me a tracking number and told me several days after the tracking number had been delivered that they couldn't ship the product because it didn't meet their requirement standards. Which means they would have had to open the product box to find out. They then told me this items was on backorder and couldn't fulfill the request. I believe they tried to sell me a product they didn't have then scrambled to make seem like they refused to sell me something defective. This after having numerous calls with the post office to find out where my package was as it was supposed to be delivered only for them to tell me it was going to another person. I highly recommend Walmart remove this seller from their website and caution buyers against looking into their products.

I've been waiting a month on a mop. The tracking number goes to a package Dec 2020 when I ordered begiñning of March. Walmart said I could have refund but I want my order. I can't find a number to call company directly.

They are reducing the prices of items and when some purchases then their credit card is charged and a tracking number is provided. After that they are delivering items to themselves for the order status to show delivered. People who don't remember to check or speak up about this are losing their money in this process. Please report these activities to your local police stations or cops so these people who run these type of companies are arrested.
