I ordered some stuff for my wife, kids and mother in law for xmas on 11/20, more than a week later it still says "preparing package", or something to that effect and I NEVER get ANY updates! Says my $ went to some fake co. up in Wortham, Mass. It is probably just a P.O. box or fake address where these scammy, lying, greedy gook thieves get my $ sent, but in actuality, they have nothing and never plan to send me anything! I WISH sites would tell us when they are just greedy gook thieves! This sort of thing happens a lot on ebay, amazon and walmart, because those greedy joo owned corporates don't really care who sells thru their rip off sites! And if you DO ever get something, I'm sure it will just be a bogus knock-off, like some items my wife and I have purchased thru amazon and walmart! Bogus/fake/knock-off's seem to be all gooks are good for, oh yeah, and stealing our $! Trump SHOULD bomb every greedy, scheming, scamming dink gook chink turd and shitskin camel jockey kid raper right off the face of this planet ASAP!

Very upset!! same thing as all of the above reviews , multiple chats daily for 2 weeks straight w/ Walmart.com . Ya know the funny thing is this company is on amazon and I ordered the same product from this company on amazon and it arrived in 2 days , so when I got it I ended up needing a longer size shower curtain but wanted the same exact one , exempt Amazon didn’t sell the longer sized curtain ,so I found the curtain on Walmart.com in the longer length from this company same as the one o bought from them on Amazon . Had to get a refund today , almost 3 weeks later no package , they ignore emails and phone calls and messages . Im calling the FTC now .

HORRIBLE 3RD PARTY SELLER! don't buy anything from Walmart that is made by 3DeKor LLC. I actually got my item unlike most of you, but tried to return. I sent emails to [email protected] every day for 2 weeks but didn't get 1 reply! that's $50 down the drain!

SAME STORY! Ordrred 8.7.20. Order was to be delivered on 8.17.20. Shipping label was created on 8.17.20 for arrival on 8.22.20. Called Walmart. Refund issued. No activity shows up! So disappointed. I am redoing my granddaughter's room. This was supposed to be a perfect surprise. I guess I was the one that got surprised! One star-no option for 0 stars

I ordered my son's blanket on August 1, 2020, with an arrival date of August 17, 2020. I contacted Walmart.com, the order is "process of packaging" but that has been saying this since two weeks ago. Where is my item? Or refund my money $59.99 plus tax.

I echo everyone's review! Terrible customer service. I ordered July 9 and still no word. I have emailed walmart numerous times and they have quit responding to me as well! I would give 0 stars if I could

Worst company I have ever ordered from. Zero communication and no tracking updates. I ordered 2 throw pillows on July 15th and after much research found that they have just now made a shipping label in Waltham Mass! I am requesting that Wallmart drop this company as they are reflecting poorly on the Wallmart name!

DO NOT ORDER FROM! I echo all the poor reviews before mine! I ordered a duvet through Walmart.com from this company. Order was placed beginning of July and stated approximately delivery of July 13th. NOTHING!! Finally a label was created 7/21/20 but still not given to USPS to deliver. Attempted to call and voicemail is full so unable to leave call back information. I too can not believe that Walmart continues to allow this company to sell on their website. I will be seeking a refund and following up with Walmart as well as the FTC as suggested by previous comment. HORRIBLE!!!! Would give zero stars if possible!

HORRIBLE customer service in fact, NO customer service. Waited for order from May, never came . Tried to cancel 3 times and they sent it anyway and it arrived 7/25. NEVER again.

I order 3 yards of material due to come July 17th.I had placed the order on July 1 with Walmart.On July 18th I received a delayed notice to check back for shipping status.I contacted Walmart to contact seller and never heard from the seller.I did this many times with no update or responance.I contacted Walmart yesterday and got a full refund on my credit card.This package has never made it to USPS.Walmart needs to ditch this Company if it even is a place.Very disappointed with 3DekorLLC Would give this company a 0 rating.

After countless inquiries and much frustration, today, 3 1/2 mo. after ordering 3 pair curtains from 3DeKor LLC I received delivery. I'm in shock. Your order may actually arrive one day!

SCAM!!! Why does walmart allow them to sell on their site? I'd give 0 stars but that wasn't an option

I left a scathing review a few days ago, exactly like all the others who did not receive their products and had no communication from the seller and was sure they were a total SCAM. I, too, got my money back through Walmart.com. But, today, totally out of the blue, my product was delivered!! I ordered a duvet cover with fitted sheet and shams on 5/29/20. The shipping label from Waltham, MA was created 6/16/20 and then just sat there until earlier this week when I got a notice that it had moved to the New Hampshire Distribution Center. It arrived today in Arizona on 7/21/20 (5 weeks after the shipping label was created!) The product is very nice, just as pictured and described, soft fabric. We like it and will keep it. So, maybe it truly is due to the pandemic and country lock downs and quarantine of shipments etc, etc. 5 stars for the product, but 1 star for the shipping.

Do not buy from this seller. They do not ship the item.. I have contacted the seller and Walmart about this issue.. The seller does not contact you and they send fake shipping info about the item being shipped by USPS. The seller creates a label but does not take the item to USPS to be shipped. I have verified this info with USPS. I have asked for a refund from Walmart and complained to them that this seller is a fraud. Even Walmart has contact ted the seller according to the customer service emails that I receive from Walmart and the seller does not respond. Walmart even gave me a number to contact the seller and the number and that number is a fake number too. I can't believe that a major company has sellers like this and does not remove them .

Walmart should take this seller off of their website. I ordered two pillow shams on 06/19/20 and to date have not received them. I have sent emails to Walmart with a promise they would take care of it. Still no response. I sent another email today informing Walmart that I will be filing fraudulent charges to my credit card. It is really sad that Walmart allows this type of business to associate with them. I will not be using any 3rd party from Walmart again. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I will not be ordering from Walmart at all until this is resolved.

I filed a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and received my package after the complaint and also received a refund.. I believe they are handling it but feel every one that has been scammed should do the same. It’s very easy to file the complaint through their website and they definitely look into the problem.

Purchased a bed cover through Walmart marketplace and it has been 30 days from purchase and still not here. Gives you the ability to send a message to 3DeKor LLC, I have sent two messages asking for updates and it says they will get back to you in 1 business day, 13 days and still no response. The first time I sent email to the company inquiring, the shipping information was updated to show arrival date and it was shipped with USPS. I viewed the tracking number with USPS and the label was printed on that date only not shipped. Very frustrating and not accurate, all my other items have already arrived. Would not recommend this company for purchases and will be looking for refund

I placed an order for a face gaitor and some fabric to make some masks , I work for a Swedish retailer and the prints of Dala horses was perfect for work but, a month after the delivery date I had not arrived. I placed 3 emails and 2 calls to Walmart still no delivery supposedly the order was placed again - no delivery. I am now awaiting a refund I won't be placing any orders again with this company , I dont value a company that won't even take the time to respond to customers to resolve an issue. Something for potential customers to consider before placing an order with 3DE Kor LLC.

TERRIBLE. Never order from them. Ordered for Christmas- never got it- never got a response when asked for order status. Walmart should remove them as a vendor. Shame in Walmart and shame on this company.

Ordered an item on December 10th, 20 days later on December 30 still don't have the item. Shows location of company, no info. on the starting usps having received the package yet and a delayed status with no info provided

Ordered on 1/10. Sent email on 1/20 asking where my order is...immediately got email that they JUST shipped it...STILL no order. It is the 26th!

Same as everyone else. Ive lost $125 to this rip off company with no merchandise. Walmart refuses to refund and my bank sided with this crap.

Do not order from this company. It took a long time to get my order. My items were horrible! They were cheaply made and junk! Shame on you Walmart!

I had bought a blanket, was told it would arrive in May 26. Did receive the update that the shipping was created on the 21 and then nothing. No email saying the package would be late. Not sure why it took 2 weeks just to create a shipping label.

The quality of these placemats is awful. Very thin, stitching not done nicely. Single ply, not even any backing on these, they are just about see-through. I don’t think they’d even protect my table. For the price I paid I expected better. Horrible return policy too. I received it today and I have until tomorrow to process a return. Then I have til the next day to get to the post office to ship it. Good thing I opened it already, geez.

There is no way it should take 17 days to get a package from Massachusetts to Syracuse, NY (unless of course, it is coming pony express). Ordered product on June 12th and shipping label has not even been created. Haven't received the product yet (obviously) but I am extremely unimpressed with this seller already. Good thing there is a similar product on Amazon that I can get in two days if this never makes it to New York.

Ordered a headboard on June 20. Never received product, it was never shipped. They never responded to order status inquiries or any other correspondence.

Had ordered a bedding, had it sent to my granddaughter. All she received was a fitted sheet and a pillow case. On the ad it also included cover, did not receive.sent email to company and walmart, received no reply. Do not recommend using this vendor

Horrible company. Took 4 weeks to get pug curtains I ordered. Quality was horrible so I returned them. Tracking kept showing delivery couldn't be made. When they finally got it back I waited for my refund and never got it. Called walmart TWICE and they said they contacted the company. Its been a month since they got my return and still no refund in sight. Don't waste your time and money for this company

I guess I can say I was a little luckier or maybe they have cleaned up their act by now. However, I did get my order late and part of it was incomplete. I am playing the waiting game now and hoping I get the remainder of my order. My review may change to a little less positive if I don't, stay tuned.

This company is a joke. Walmart and I have both contacted the seller about my incomplete order and they aren’t responding. It’s been 3 months! Beware of this seller!
