Some of the worst customer experience I've ever had to deal with. Their mail carriers delivered my package to the other side of town and when I tried to talk to them about a refund or replacement they denied any wrong doing. They said that I was wrong and it was delivered to me even though I had proof that it wasn't even delivered to the correct zip code let alone correct address. No apology from this company and very rude one sentence kind of reply. Do you have teenagers running customer service? If I could give 0 stars I would. I can understand losing the package, but how I was responded to showed me they don't give a F at all and will take your money with no care.
