I hate that I did not read the reviews. They took a month to ship and now they gave me a dryer with no power supply. I am so angry. I should have went to Home Depot.

Thank you to everyone who left honest reviews! I was just looking to purchase a Frigidaire gas range and saw a great price on Wal-Mart. After researching this third party retailer and the reviews here, I WILL NOT be purchasing through Wal-Mart. You’ve saved me a lot of headache!

Shady company. I ended up getting a great price on my AC unit, but I'm sure Haute was paid by both myself and FedEx. I purchased a Friedrich AC unit from Haute and it arrived damaged in the box. I contacted them through WalMart.com and we corresponded through email. They requested pics of the box and unit and filed a claim with FedEx and would not send me another unit out even though I requested it. They said they were going to see if FedEx would cover it. We waited over a week and Haute never attempted to contact me again. I tried contacting them again through email and no response. Then I contacted WalMart.com via phone and they patched me through to Haute. The Haute rep said they still had not heard back from FedEx and offered to discount the unit. I said I preferred an undamaged unit, but would think about it and contact them back. A couple days later, Hurricane Laura hit and we decided to use the unit anways as by this time Haute had just put a discount on the WalMart invoice themselves. When I powered it on the blower was catching something and making a loud noise. Luckily I was able to push the vent adjuster in and quiet it down. When I went to register the unit online I was unable to as Haute is not an authorized dealer for Friedrich. I got lucky and got this unit incredibly cheap bc of the damage, but I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with Haute. Pay a bit more and buy from someone who is an authorized dealer and not shady. You get what you pay for.

Same as everyone else. scammed out of my money by this company backed by walmart.. I contact walmart and no help! I just been scammed and it doesnt feel good at all. Shame on you walmart!!!!!!

Your customer service is a joke. And that mother...... that kept answering the phone and then placing me on hold can go to hell. You don’t deserve people doing business with you. So in order for this review to go thru I had to rate you one star but you know you really don’t deserve it pisssed off customer

As previously mentioned by some other reviews, this company is not an authorized dealer for many of the brands they are selling. Proceed with caution as some products may have their warranty voided due to them not being an authorized dealer.

This company needs to be removed from the Walmart seller page. They charge your card right away then dont provide updates for shipping. My order got "lost in transit" is what Walmart customer service told me. The company itself said it was just "delayed" and would be shipped for delivery in the next 2 weeks, after already waiting a month for the order. Should have read the reviews for this company before ordering through them. Can't even get a tracking number for their shipping unless you contact walmart directly.

Well NO WASHER and Dryer yet.... Why? Order # 4422085- 512398. Tracking number 2597163. I do not know how to track my order. Two very old people waited all day for their NEW WASHER & Dryer. One is 78 the other 74 this has been a real disaster for them & very upsetting. Where are the appliances at. Why aren't they delivered. How can you all make is up to my Elderly parents. Please call (404)821-4719 with a Very Good Reason for upsetting and making them Wait on their New Appliances. Thank you. Be blessed

Happy to read all of these reviews before purchasing anything from this Company. My question now is why is Walmart doing any kind of business with this company. You all need to call their Corporate Office and/or write a letter to better business bureau because there seems to be some fraudulent business going on with this company.

What a miserable experience this has been, my appliances have been delayed and delayed and delayed. Every time I contact them to ask for a status update the tack on another month. The customer service is horrendous, it’s the same copy pasted email every time. They very clearly don’t care about your time and should be removed from Walmart marketplace.

Briefly ordered AC wrong plug Del 6/23 brought back to Walmart 6/26 top box sealed up ...was not picked up by Fedex til week later from Centereach LI ?to Haute in NJ but non Del on 7/3 bc holiday but FINALLY accepted at HAUTE 7/7 .. inspection of non touched box?? Today 7/9 no REFUND YET.. You decide

Sadly im another victim. Purchased $2500, today was the day to receive my appliances nobody can tell me where are they. Neither Walmart! If i only read all this reviews on time.

3000$ worth of appliances and no one can find them. They never arrived and can't find anything about the company.

Ordered $2500 4 pc. Kitchen Appl. Set. Tracking # didn't work. No response to email request for tracking info. Called Haute directly to find out part of order not even in stock until end of month. 15 days into this with no appliances, not to mention trying to cancel order...on hold now over 40 mins. with Haute and then Walmart....Nightmare!

The worst. Stay clear of this company or whatever it really is. Forget about returns you will be charged $100 plus restocking fees. Go through more reputable appliance stores such as GE or Maytag.
